Motorcycle CBT Training in South London consist of 5 elements, A to D.
The first element, the Introduction and Eyesight Check, will familiarize you with the purpose of CBT, legal requirements, and safety guidelines. We'll also conduct an eyesight check to ensure you have clear vision for riding.
During the Practical On-site Training, you'll receive hands-on instruction covering motorcycle controls, basic manoeuvres, and balance exercises. This element focuses on developing your fundamental riding skills in a controlled environment.
Next up is the Practical On-site Riding, where you'll practice vital skills like controlled stops, slow riding, and figure-of-eight manoeuvres. We'll work on improving your control and manoeuvrability.
Once you demonstrate competence in the on-site exercises, we'll move on to the Practical On-road Training. This element involves riding on public roads, giving you real-world experience and the opportunity to apply your skills under the guidance of our instructors.
Lastly, the Practical On-road Riding element features a longer on-road ride. Here, you'll showcase your ability to safely navigate different road situations. Our instructor will assess your decision-making, hazard awareness, and overall competence on public roads.

CBT training prices in South London currently cost between £160 and £190. All our our course prices include bike hire, with a choice of learning to ride on a Automatic Scooter or Moped or on a 125cc Manual Motorcycle. A couple of our training locations now offer motorcycle lessons for CBT and Full Licence on Electric Mopeds and Motorcycles. These are indicated where available.
When booking your CBT or any other motorcycle training course with us, do check the training location information for what equipment is provided. Some of our locations will provide a motorcycle helmet, jacket and gloves as part of the course price, but some locations require you to bring your own. At all our our training locations you must where thick unripped jeans, and sturdy boots which cover and protect your ankles.
