Can I Do A CBT Test In Barnet?
We have a variety of schools to choose from in and around Barnet. Including Edgware, Tottenham, Walthamstow and Wembley. So you can be sure to find a school near you.
How Long Does a CBT Test Last?
Generally, a CBT will be over and done within a day. You can expect the training to last 6-8 hours but this can depend on your experience. Whilst you cannot fail a CBT if the instructor feels you are unable to demonstrate the skills you have learnt on the day to keep you safe then they may end the training early and ask you to come back for a second day of training. You can purchase our Peace Of Mind Policy which means we will cover the cost of the second day of training and could save you over £100.

What do I need to Bring With Me?
Firstly you’re going to want to ensure you have your provisional licence and your national insurance number with you. Without these the instructors are unable to proceed with a licence check and you will be unable to go ahead with your training.
Next you will want to double check your confirmation email to ensure you have the correct gear for your training. Our training sites have different requirements so be sure to check your email for the full details.
If you wear glasses or contact lenses then you will need to bring these with you as well as there is an eyesight test as part of your training.
We always recommend you bring some lunch and water as there may not be any local amenities close to the school for you to be able to purchase lunch.
When Should I Arrive?
It’s important that you arrive with plenty of time or you may risk being turned away from your training. As the majority of time a CBT test is taught in a group, the instructors are unable to hold up with the whole group to wait for one person who may be late. So ensure you have the location of the school prior to your training and be sure to take into account travel times.
We recommend you try and arrive around 30 mins before the start time of your training.
