What Do I Need to Bring With Me for My CBT Test?
You will need to ensure you have your provisional licence with you on the day of training. It must be the physical card, a photo or scan will not suffice. Along with this, you need your national insurance number. Both of these documents are required to enable the instructors to carry out essential licence checks needed before your training can go ahead.
Part of the CBT is an eye test so if you need glasses or contact lenses to see distance then you need to ensure you have these with you. If you are unable to pass the eyesight test you will not be allowed to continue with your training.
We also recommend you bring a packed lunch and water with you as there may not be any shops local to the training school.
Double-check your confirmation email to see that you are wearing the appropriate clothing for your training. You may need to order some items prior to your training so make sure you don’t leave it last minute.
