If you want to ride a moped, scooter or small motorcycle on the road, you need to gain a CBT certificate first. RideTo helps you find, compare and book a CBT tesst in Aylesbury and across Buckinghamshire.
"CBT" stands for Compulsory Basic Training, and is a course designed for complete novices to learn how to ride low-powered bikes. It's a day of guided instruction with a DVSA-approved instructor, starting with bike control on a private site and moving on to riding on the road. If successful in reaching the instructor's standards over the course of the day, you finish with a CBT certificate, valid for 2 years.
