I have done my CBT and my mod 1 and mod 2 with BCMT. I’ve just passed my mod 2 and couldn’t thank these guys enough!! Everyone from start to finish has been so kind and helpful! Would recommend them to anyone thinking of going for the licence.

Really excellent training. All the instructors I trained with were highly skilled, knowledge and excellent teachers. I wanted to not just get through the test but be as safe as possible on the road and this is what I got from BCMT. Such a professional service all round. Highly recommended

I’m not really the type of guy who leaves a review unless it is totally merited and on this occasion it certainly is. These guys are absolutely amazing and if you’re considering any type of motorcycle training you’d be crazy if you didn’t train with Black Country! Right from the word go they make you feel comfortable and all the staff are helpful, approachable and friendly. Amber and Sarah in the office were always fantastic as were the instructors who taught me. Kev, Steve and Matt. A special mention has got to go to Kev. His people skills and patience is truly amazing! This man just gets people, truly loves what he does and it shows. Thank you all at Black Country for everything you taught me, it was an absolute pleasure training with you.

Great people. I was taught mostly by Kev and Matt and they were great, very approachable instructors who teach you exactly what you need to know. No time wasting, got straight into learning. 100% recommend and will go back for my full A license in 2 years.

Great training school. Did my CBT right through to the full A licence. What can I say every single one of them were brilliant. Every trainer I dealt with, Matt, Paul, Kev and Steve, all professional and very approachable. The girls in the office were efficient and keep you informed on test dates and upcoming lessons. Passed my mod1 and mod2 and couldn’t be any more helpful. They really helped me progress threw the lessons and really appreciated the time and effort they put into the lessons. After over twenty years of having not ridden a motorcycle I decided it was about time I got back onto two wheels. I have a full motorcycle licence but was definitely in urgent need of some refresher training. Booked a two hour training slot for a Sunday afternoon. Was greeted by a really friendly and energetic lady at the front reception who immediately made me feel at ease (i didn't catch her name)Then I got introduced to Matt My instructor for the training session. What can I say.... he had the patience of a Saint and a great energy and really made me feel comfortable. His explanations were perfect and very intuitive. I did an hour on the pad then an hour out on the road. Found the training to be highly beneficial (especially for me) and has really given my confidence a boost. Had MOT done today, seems a decent set up with MOT viewing area, workshop and training center. Great friendly staff, chilled out atmosphere, no one grabbing money as soon as you walk in like some garages.

Highly recommend coming here, just passed my CBt with kat who was a great instructor and very helpful helping me learn how to ride the bike, wouldn’t have been able to pass otherwise, I was nervous at first but after a while got used to it with the help and calm atmosphere and not rushing to do steps. Will definitely be returning after getting my theory test. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend. Highly enjoyable Thanks - ciaran :)

Taken my CBT on the 16/6/22.Just want to say thanks to the staff at BCMT. Was greeted by a lovely lady on reception. Kat the instructor was fantastic, made me feel at ease straight away, very friendly, very considerate, and guided me through the course, with nothing but patience and understanding. I don't really do reviews but i felt i had to leave one for the team at black country!!! I started off with a lesson at NFL training, guy there really knocked my confidence, so i was sceptical when i booked a lesson with Black country motorcycle, but i have to say from the moment i walked in, the lovely, down to earth lady at reception, the instructor, and the atmosphere was absolutely top class. I had an instructor named Jon.. probably the most patient bloke in the world i know. Really boosted my confidence and helped me massively. If your looking for bike lessons in the west mids, don't hesitate to get in touch with this team. Honest review from an honest customer. Thank you BCMT

I passed my CBT yesterday at BCMT and I can't recommend the business enough! All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go about their jobs with such professionalism but most of all they do everything safely. Cat our instructor is an asset to BCMT, she made things clear to understand in the classroom, on the pad, and on the road she gave clear directions while using the communication devices, but she also kept us out of harms way when we encountered motorists who were overtaking us. I recently had a bad experience with a local motorcycle training company, so I'm over the moon that I found BCMT to help me finally get on the road safely. Don't settle for nothing but the best and get booked in!!

Had the best instructor to pass a CBT, his name was Matthew and he was a calm, patient and funny individual who explained things clearly and in an engaging and encouraging way. Could not have asked for a better instructor to be taught with. I felt safe and in control and my nerves soon left. The whole place just had home from home feeling and everyone was brilliant. Thank you guys for helping me achieve my goal, especially the lovely Matt 😍😍

I passed my CBT, so yes I'm pleased with the result. If I feel like I would like to do the full license I will go back to these guys 👍👍

Great place and people. Managed to put my bike through an mot on a Sunday on the off chance of just popping through. Gotto be a go to for any work you need doing / mot and of course training for the newbies!

Amazing facility with great trainers. Felt very relaxed and comfortable and was allowed to get used to the bike by riding it in a controlled environment before any manoeuvres were attempted . Would definitely recommend for someone with no riding experience as no pressure was put on to rush through.

Completed my CBT with them recently. Having never ridden a bike before, I was slightly daunted, but their fantastic instructor Rich proved to be a big help in getting to know the bike and how to ride it confidently. I will definitely be back in touch to start on my journey to a full licence, through the direct access course.

Thanks to everyone at BCMT I have had a wonderful time while learning and passing my Mod 1 and Mod 2 bike tests A great experience which was helped by an excellent and friendly team that made me feel welcomed and at ease. If you are thinking about motor cycle training try Black country Motorcycle training You are not in any pressure just book and pay for lessons as you go I found the rate charged was very fair and after adding up my total lessons and test fees i found it worked out a lot cheaper than some of the other places that offer direct access courses I am well chuffed i went here and look forward to taking my new bike back for servicing and mot's so i can meet the staff again

I passed my DAS so this is just a review of the place . Trainers are good. ---I booked two weeks off from work n contact Bcmt amb on reception way before my holiday started and was told to come down get on bike and we will sort it out so I booked my first holiday for training and found out there is no place for two weeks Yes wasted my holidays whole two weeks n I had to take tests on my weekly days off. ---If you don't have gloves or riding boots and u don't wanna buy them in near future NFL is better place they provide it all( tho I didn't like their attitude) bcmt guys provide only jacket & helmet as equipment. I was riding with one of their pair of gloves till my mod1 day I went there and there is no gloves in the box and was told to buy across the road from a bike shop which I wasn't ready for spending 100 quid as they never mentioned it before my test day that gloves are not provided . ? If you have your own equipment then it's ok. ---But ask to be taken to proper full size training area for mod1 for severe avoidence and emergency stop exercise . I took 2 lessons but wasn't taken there but was offered to be taken there on third lesson but I was confident enough without any other lesson so I didn't take more . --- when finally booked mod1 by other receptionist And told me to ask at work if I can swap my day off and given one week to get back to her no worries. I was excited so I went to work place next day and booked it off and immediately called BCMT again receptionist answers say Oh that day is GONE yes GONe of course I wasn't happy so she called me back and suddenly I was booked again. --- after passing mod 1 straight tried to book for mod 2 but BCMT didn't had any empty Spot for test till 25april , luckily I had my own test booked for 11 April so luckily they could cover it . So after booking mod2 went in car park and another trainee lad came out with mod 2 date of 10 of April Nop I asked him but didn't booked himself. Maybe he booked with BCmt before some day nop I was told they can't book anyone for mod2 before passing mod1 so this lad passed mod1 same time as me we were together at test center his test was after mine (I used his riding gloves as BCMT don't provide them on test days) I got lucky this lad was there. Thanks budd. --on mod2 day motorcycle I been training on was leaking oil from filter as I was serviced day before so I had to use another honda hornet with 78k on the clock lol but it got me through and passed both tests with takin 2 lessons. 🌟 for trainers 🌟 for honda hornet Reply to owner - amber (receptionist) was absolutely not a professional personal other receptionist was for sure. And yes I was told that you guys don't provide riding gloves on my test day (bit too late). Leaking oil from oil filter was done by unprofessional mechanic. I was coming back customer from 2013 as I received great service back then, but this time it was letdown. But still thanks for replying Hope u bring your customers 's service higher again.

Brilliant riding instruction. Fantastic repair and servicing. Friendly and helpful. Have been using BCMT for 25 years. They’ve sorted me where others failed.

From the first time I was there all of the staff were incredible and very knowledgable. I got along with everybody there and they were very professional from appointment times to booking my tests. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to have a bit of fun on a motorcycle.

Just had a full service on my Suzuki Bandit 600, they did an awesome job, well worth every penny, very friendly and accommodating, would highly recomend.

Used BCMT for my DAS training. Absolutely fantastic experience throughout the whole process. Every single member of staff are a gem and go out of their way to help / advise you. Did my CBT then passed both Mod 1 and Mod 2 first time with no faults from their solid advice.

Didn't do the full 2 hours legally required for a CBT on the road. Have contacted them about this but had no response, so have now contacted the DVLA regarding this issue. Update, 2 months later: Still no response from them, or the DVLA about it. Seems like they don't care for the people they train at all and just want your money. Avoid this place!

Would recommend BCMT to anyone who is looking at taking there CBT or doing full licence. Friendly instructors and staff. Cheers for all your help guys

Great training school with knowledgeable instructors. I managed to pass first time with only a few lessons. Very helpful and friendly girls in the office when booking up. Highly recommended if you're deciding who to go with. 5 stars*
