Can I Fail A CBT Test?
As a CBT isnt technically a test this means you cant technically fail. That being said you must be able to demonstrate you have picked up the skills at each element of the training to proceed to the next element. If the instructor feels like you’re unable to demonstrate you have picked up the required skills your training will come to an end and you will be required to come back for a further day of training.
What Do I Need To Bring With Me To My CBT Test?
Firstly you will need to ensure you have your photocard licence with you. This will need to be the physical licence, a photocopy or photograph will no be accepted.
Alongside this you will need your national insurance number with you. Both of these are required to enable the instructors to carry out a licence check before your training can begin.
If you need glasses or contact lenses to see distances, ensure you have them with you as an eyesight test will be the first step of your training. If you cannot pass this test you will be unable to proceed with the rest of your training.
We also recommend bringing packed lunch and some water as not all of our schools have local shops. Make sure you’re fuelled up and ready to go.
