I did my CBT here the other day. I was pretty nervous about going out on the road but you are slowly eased into it starting with the quieter roads and then onto busier and bigger roads. Ray the instructor spoke to me through an intercom in my helmet. He made me feel confident on the road and talked me through it, we stopped for little breaks every now and then so I could ask Ray and Nigel any questions I had and stretch my legs.
I will be going back to Scotti Knights to do a conversion from a 50cc moped to using a geared 125cc bike and then onto the DAS course.

Just completed the CBT course here. Instructors Ray and Dave were fantastic all day, training and demonstrations were perfect. Their knowledge and communication was flawless.

Top notch instructors and a very enjoyable day, reminding you of any bad habits and putting them right. Would highly recommend to anybody who needs the CBT. Incredible experience. First time even sitting on a bike and I finished the day feeling great. Both Dave and Ray were welcoming and friendly. Dave conducted most of the training and I could rate him highly enough. Very clear and helpful style of instructing. Very nervous to begin with but I felt completely comfortable within a few hours with these guys. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Did my CBT here with Ray and Dave and then went straight into my DAS course with Nigel. I passed both tests first time and I owe that entirely to all the team at Scotti Knights.
If you want somewhere with a wealth of experience that will teach you the right ways this is the place. The price your given is the price you pay, no hidden extras or add ons like some other schools.

Went to Scotti Knights for a CBT. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. Both instructors were very patient and down to earth which made the whole experience alot easier. Very well structured and I could genuinely feel that they gave it there all to ensure all of us on the course that day passed. Couldn't thank them enough. 100% recommend.

I had my CBT with Dave today and I couldn't recommend him enough! He gives a lot of fantastic advice and good pointers when having little issues. He also gave me a lot of advice on where to go for the best choices of biking gear and information to be aware of. I'd like to say thank you very much as you have got me through my CBT and filled me full of confidence and knowledge of road safety whilst riding my bike that I will carry through to my day to day journeys! Great experience with Ray this morning for my CBT manual conversion. Gave me plenty of time to master clutch and gears and then we went for an amazing 2 hour ride. Loved every minute of it. Can't recommend them highly enough

Down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable. Just acquired my full license with these guys. Liked and trusted them from first contact to last. Keep your gob shut and do what Nige tells you and you’ll pass first time. Resist the occasional temptation to tell him to f**k off though, he does know what he’s doing.

Ray and Dave we absolutely fantastic from being in the classroom learning about the safety elements to out practicing off road to eventually gaining road experience.
From the moment I arrived on site I felt welcomed and was ready to learn. They guys reassure you every step of the way. I have never been on a bike before and they were supportive insuring I understand throughout the whole day. They are patient with learning and if you need to ask questions I recommend you do, there is never a wrong questions.
The day ran smoothly as they eased me in to using a bike I would 100% recommend there instructions were clear and precise and as long as you listen to them you'll pass in no time.
Even after everything and I passed, Ray and Dave were interested in what I do and not just there job. This makes them great to talk and they really want to interact with you. I can't wait to go back and develop to bigger bikes. They are fantastic from start to finish. When I get my bike I will be popping back round to see them and show off my riding skills. Great job guys

Re-done my cbt at Scotti Knights today, all the staff were really polite and did a really good job getting me back on the road, they do things properly here, would definately recommend them, better than my last training provider! will hopefully be back soon to remove the L plates, great job guys!

Would really recommend this place for anyone looking to get a CBT, the style of training was really easy to follow and understand.
Never been on a bike before and it wasn't easy for me to pick up straight away but these guys are determined to help you and do so in the right way.

I did my CBT with Scotti Knights just over a month ago and I absolutely loved it. I had never been on a bike before but picked it up well with the amazing instructors.
I felt a-little nervous being the only female on the course but the instructors made me feel at ease straight away and were very patient with me.
Can’t wait to book my DAS with them.
I cannot recommend this company enough. If you are thinking of doing your CBT this is the place for sure.

This is a great motorcycle training school and I definetely recommend it! I passed my MOD 2 test last September and had a really good experience. The instructors and other stuff are friendly and it seems that they love what they do. They really care about you and they focus on improving your ability to ride confidently and safely so you can pass your test. They make sure there are no questions left unanswered and provide quality training.

I wouldn't consider any other training school. They have a great site to train on but the best element is the staff. They really put you at ease and manage to get you confident and proficient in no time. They really personalise the tips and provide a lot of support. It doesn't feel like a one size fits all meat grinder approach as it may do at other schools. I did a cbt some months ago and have just started the DAS process with them.

My name is Ilans. I took CBT for the first time 2 years ago elsewhere in Manchester. Unfortunately, I fell whilst doing an emergency stop. I had to abandon the course and felt pretty uncomfortable. Today I had a second go at Scotti Knights. Instructors were very professional, super supportive and patient. Their hard work made me feel comfortable and safe. The whole experience from booking to going out to polish my skills after 20 years of not being on a bike was absolutely enjoyable, fun and rewarding. Nigel was considerate yet very insightful and clearly has years of experience about everything to do with riding bikes, equipment, exciting trips and most importantly, controlling the bike. All equipment was in v good condition and I felt very well looked at all times. Brilliant set of guys who really care and do their best. They matched me with a great 'return to riding' buddy and despite the weather (torrential rain) we fit a lot in a few hours. Thank you all at Scottiknights.

It has been a thoroughly enjoyable journey for me with Nigel, Paul and co. helping me at Scotti Knights. It has taken me a year to pass in between working abroad, failing module 2 twice and finally getting my motorcycle license last Friday. They always made me feel welcome with their banter, stories and personal approach to accomodate my needs and refine my skills on the bike. You can not fault the experience, patience and reassurance of these trainers who genuinely want to see you pass. In a way, I will miss being on the road with Nigel and his voice ringing in my ear cursing my clumsy standing starts and dawdling (all good natured of course).. now forever destined to stay with me in future to improve my technique on two wheels lol.

The only place to go to if you want motorcycle training in a friendly and professional environment with awesome instructors. They make it so much fun that you don't want to finish. I passed my full direct access first time as the instructors get you on the road and can read your strengths and weaknesses like a book! I'm looking forward to doing my advanced and I won't be going anywhere else. Also, there is the option of pay as you go. They even sorted me out with a bike to buy when I passed. I recently attended a CBT course at Scotti Knights. It's been over 30 years since I last rode a bike so was slightly apprehensive.
It was a great day - Paul was an excellent instructor - patient, knowledgeable and a good guy whose firm but fair approach got the best of of me and my fellow student.
Anne is very friendly and welcoming and the course is very good value.
