I recently completed my CBT training with Angelo as my instructor, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Angelo's teaching skills and patience stood out throughout the training. He explained everything clearly, ensuring that I understood the essential concepts and safety protocols. Angelo's guidance gave me the confidence I needed to navigate the road safely on my two-wheeler. Excellent Training Genuinely one of the nicest experiences I had with any sort of instruction. Came in a bit nervous, as most people would, but our instructor Mr.ed was so friendly And When we are on road training he was ask me Everytime Are You Happy. He was friendly from the get go and had a set of one the best teaching skills I have seen. Everything was explained so well and all you have to do is just listen and you would be sure to pass. If you are looking for somewhere where you will not just get a certificate but learn everything to be safe and be in a friendly environment then this is the place. Come in with high expectations and you would still be surprised by the experience. 10/10 thanks again for the day Mr. Ed and wish everyone the best. Highly recommend!

It seems my decision to do the CBT course with Universal Motorcycle Training was the BEST IDEA! I am extremely pleased with the certificate obtained. From the beginning, after I registered online for the course, I was notified by SMS and Email about the detailed information about what exactly was going to happen on May 1, 2023. What's more, they called me two days before by phone to remind me about my course that was going to happen soon. The course started at 8 am, and lasted until 5 pm, Instructor DEZ showed up even earlier than the announced time and very politely checked our documents, after which the theory part of the CBT course followed. The instructor guided us and explained a lot of interesting things related to the secrets of the motorcyclist on the road, what are the rules and helped us to perceive and understand the risk, but also the benefits of life on a motorcycle. Everything was very professional and we managed to assimilate a lot of information beneficial to our safety. Then in the second part of the day we practically drove the motorcycle around the city, with a radio communication system between the students and the instructor, so that it would be easy for the instructor to teach us, explain to us and guide us to comply with the traffic law in order to be safe always. We were all very satisfied with his explanations, the patience he showed, and the knowledge of the instructor who showed extraordinary professionalism. I highly recommend this new rider training school. Did my CBT with Ed who was a very good trainer. He doesn’t talk much but his straight to the point and thorough. I started my training at 10am and it finished around 4:30pm. The first part of the day we spent in the car park doing some basic riding around cones and going through some important road rules in a class and the second part of the day we were mainly riding on road with Ed guiding and observing us. It’s a good company to do your CBT or Motorbike training with judging from my experience. From: Mr Naroei

I did my CBT, Gear Conversion Course and all my Mod1 and Mod2 with these guys as well as my TFL 1-2-1 training. Excellent experiences throughout! All the instructors are great and very knowledgeable and the bikes are all brilliant to learn on. Extra shout out to Ryan who was my main instructor throughout my journey to a full bike licence. Would and do, recommend them to anyone looking to get into bikes!

Great team - did full unrestricted license with them, and can’t fault the teaching, facilities or bikes. Prep for exams is thorough, the days are fun and I looked forward to the next day during my course. Shout out to Ryan and Rash who were both my instructors at one point - credits to the company and very good instructors. Thanks again!

Was such a fun day!! Been wanting my bike licence for so long and the team made it a breeze. When you think about licences you think oh so serious and scary but my instructor made it so fun. The day went by so fast and even with it raining briefly at one point no one cared because we we’re all having fun. I dont recall the name of my instructor but he was from Portugal and ever so kind.

Angelo was our instructor for CBT, he was really great at teaching. I thought riding a scooter was such an easy thing. It is not at all, the course allows you to understand the driving technique and etc. I definitely recommend it!

Passed my Module 1 test today at second attempt both times with Sean.I got some good tips for the hazard avoidance from Sean and that helped me pass. Passed my module2 today first time with no riding faults.Sean the instructor took us round the test routes and explained the different areas we had to look out for on the test day and during the mod 2 training day. Listen to what your instructor is telling you and take on bard any criticism and you will pass.I’d like to thank Sean for helping me get my license.I don’t think I would have passed without all the great teaching.

Very good instructors. I was trained mostly by Sean, but had assistance from most of the instructors, it was only with their patience and good training that I was able to pass my test. I hadn't really ridden before but managed to pass both my mod 1 and mod 2 first time. I am sure this is because of the expert tuition I received.

Universal Motorcycle Training is hands down, one of the best motorcycle training schools in London! Upon initial call with the reception I have received a very warm welcome from the lady who was insightful and patient to provide a clear breakdown of the Mod 2 training & exam costs, as well as to explain further details on what to expect and what the course involved. Regarding training itself - I had an opportunity to work with three amazing instructors - Mario, Disraeli and Ryan; all of which have been extremely professional and knowledgeable in their craft, backed by a large number of years of experience behind their belt. After completing two days of training I felt fully comfortable and confident in taking my exam which I am happy to say I have passed quite easily! Lastly, for all of the motorcycle fans there, it is also important to note that this school is using newest models of Yamaha MT-07s (2019) as well as BMW GS, which are every well maintained and looked after. So riding such impeccable machine during training and exam made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I hadn't ridden for longer than most students (or instructors) have been alive but the UMT team were both welcoming and thoroughly professional. This is an outstanding school in an accessible part of London. Great, patient tuition for any level of experience or capability. Very impressed indeed!

Awesome school with great instructors and new, well maintained bikes. I did the Mod1 with Ryan a month ago, fantastic training day on a Yamaha MT-07, first time on a 700cc bike (WOW :) ). And I got my Full license thanks to Mario, both of you guys are professionally explained everything about how to handle the bike in slow manoeuvres, body position, road position, situations on the road, etc... Thanks both of you again. UMT Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Universal Motorcycle Training, they were great from the start. The office staff were very helpful throughout the whole process and the instructors are very very good indeed. A big thanks to Ryan as he was so helpful and informative, without his advice and instruction the outcome of my Mod2 test could have been a lot different. Thanks UMT.

From the people in the office when making the booking, to each of the instructors on the CBT, MOD 1 and MOD 2, everyone I dealt with at Universal was great. Quality of the lessons was awesome, with lots of personal attention to make sure you’re progressing as needed. Lovely people - they see loads of students each day but instructors remembered me after 6 months, and everyone seems genuinely pleased for you when you pass. All the bikes are quality, well maintained and looked after, and the whole business feels professional and relaxed. Thanks guys!

My boyfriend had appointment for module 2 test today and I called on his behalf,on Monday, to try and change the date because he had high temperature and he couldn't move from the bed and their answer was you cannot change the date because you need 10 days in advance!I feel that being really sick was not in his control and he didn't know he was gonna be sick.We are very disappointed,after being a truly loyal customer for many years!Also from now on please none of you gets sick otherwise you're going to lose your money.

Very friendly and professional training centre with goo facilities. Did my CBT with Mario who was very clear with instructions, patient and great at instilling confidence for first time riders like myself. Will definitely return to do more courses here.

Got my full licence two days ago. I strongly recommend Universal Motorcycle Training, specially instructors Mario and Ryan that helped me a lot since the beggining when I barely knew how to ride a motorcycle. Instructors are very friendly, patient and proactive.
