S&K Motorcycle Training Wakefields prime location means that you'll have the opportunity to experience a mixture of busy town roads and beautiful Yorkshire countryside in just one on-road session. S&K provide a large training area to practice your skills away from traffic too, as well as an indoor classroom for the theory element of your training.

Running out of Tetley Stadium, travelling by car is easy. The school is located not too far from the A638, and there is parking nearby. Public transport users can easily access the training centre through the number 116, 122, and X17 buses that stop just a quick 2-minute walk away. Amenity wise, Roo's cafe is only 300m away, and there are supermarket stores a short 3-minute drive on the A653, however we'd always recommend bringing your own refreshments to ensure you're fully fuelled for the day.

Motorcycle hire is included in your training price, so you can rest easy knowing your motorbike is well-maintained and the perfect engine size for you. Helmet hire is also included, but you will need to bring your own jacket, gloves, sturdy trousers/jeans, and a pair of strong boots that cover your ankle.

Got my CBT today on my third try. I wasn’t very confident at first but Graham has been a wonderful trainer and took things at my pace, giving gentle pushes when I needed them and suggesting one-on-one training which helped me massively. He was really encouraging when I didn’t get out on the road the first two times but by the time I did I was so much more confident and ended up loving it! Can’t wait for my bike to arrive and get out on the road independently. Thank you so much to Graham and Anchor!

Keith is an absolutely generous instructor! I have decided to try to pass my practical test MOD 1 on my own. I went to the training site where I have met Keith. I asked if I can take some lessons this month. Unfortunately, he did not have any availability, however, he walked with me through showing all the steps I could expect on the MOD 1 test! :) I was pleasantly surprised by taking his time and giving me all the driving tips! I HAVE PASSED MY MOD 1! ;) I WISH TO ALL LEARNERS GOOD LUCK WITH PASSING THEM TESTS! BLESS YOU, KEITH, ALL THE BEST!

I have passed my DAS test after training with Anchor Motorbikes. I would like to say big thank you for the whole Anchor Motorbike team for getting me through the training and the test. It was a great pleasure to ride with you guys. I had my CBT training this week with Anchor! The whole team was Amazing, covered all aspects of riding, from clothing to being out on the road. I had no previous biking experience and Graham was able to naturally teach and develop my skill and confidence to get me through the CBT. I am now completely hooked on riding and will definitely be going back to these guys for a conversion day before going through the mod 1 with these guys. Can't thank you enough! Stay safe
