Had my CBT refresh with Morgan at West Wales Motorcycles today. Had a blast and passed. I'm going for the DAS, so extra advice was given to practice in the mean time.
I will definitely be doing my DAS through WWM.

Did my cbt with Morgan it went great.
As usual West wales motorcycles were helpful with. Renewal also got my mot with them and will be doing my full bike licence this year with them

Just done my CTB training with my son, neither of us had ever been on a bike before. Morgan was excellent and very patient, not only with our riding but all of our questions. A brilliant day, learnt so much and had a great day, and yes with Morgans guidance both passed in spite of the strong wind and rain . Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of taking this test.

Absolutely loved my experience with these guys, I drove 2 hours up to WWM to do my cbt, and I couldn't off asked for better people to do it with, very friendly and helpful, they had so much confidence in my riding I was even promoted to the 650cc around the yard 👌

Kev and his team are first class trainers. Helped me through my CBT, MoD1 and MoD2 with no issues at all.
Jamie and Paul were excellent on the training days. Very Knowledgable.

I've been riding for 30 years and was keen for our boys to get their CBT even if they don't want to ride in future as it will give them a better appreciation of the road and to treat riders with respect when their driving a car. The three did it on the same day at the same time. Jamie was brilliant and from the start I could see that he was teaching them the right things. The boys loved it. They had such a laugh and came away with huge smiles. Well done all at WWM!

Absolute con artists.
If I could give minus stars I would.
Charged me £300 in total,an rear puncture repair,ultrasonic cleaning of my bikes carburettor but deceptively cleaned the bowls only,said they had changed four fuel jets but in fact changed none,they came unstuck because I told them someone had done the work for me,but in fact I had done it myself so I was fully aware of what was what,one jet needed changing the other 3 are new,Upon inspection the old fuel jet remains,I also replaced 4 needle bowls/seats and float needles,these they claimed to have replaced,they did not,they kept my bike for eight days in total,I presented my bike on a Monday they handed it back Wednesday,I took it for MOT it was spilling fuel out of the carburetors they told me it was my fuel tap,then they told me it was the float needle had split,I went to pick it up Friday at 12 noon,at 2.30 the owner told me they are off to brands hatch,The following monday he demanded more money I refused,the owner then proceeded to rip the fuel pipe off my bike and told me to take my bike and go,my bike is missing carb link pipe,carbs are crippled without it!they claimed to have it but have not heard from them since, missing fuel pipe,(ripped off by kev the gang leader)carb overflow pipes,tank breather pipe and tank overflow pipe,they also replaced the bracket that the tank bolts onto with an inferior one,I have photographic evidence and recorded evidence of my claims.
Avoid this den of iniquity at all costs.
For all future victims,avoid his main scam of 5 hour courses he will advise you will need,whilst there he scammed a woman on the phone for 15 hours of courses,this equates to approximately 7 to 800£s,Avoid at all costs!

Did my CBT with Jamie from West Wales motorcycles 12/05/21.Even though I hadnt ridden for over 15 years Jamies calm and concise approach put me at ease and really boosted my confidence getting back on the bike and on the road. I will be using these guys to train and take my Mod1 and Mod2 with without question. Thank you West Wales Motorcycles.
Now Done Mod1 training with Paul the yoda of motorcycle instructors. Trust me, he knows you better than you do as a rider, his pointers, instruction and knowledge is nothing short of being a jedi master. Listen to every thing he tells you, he truly knows his stuff. I now feel so confident going into the test and cant wait to do MoD2 with him. Absolute diamond and an outstanding instructor! Cant thank you enough. 22/06/2021 Passed Mod 2 and its all thanks to the biker Jedi master that is Yoda Paul! Left indicator indicator right shoulder will forever be etched into my brain. Huge thanks to Jamie doing my CBT, Paul I could kiss you for getting through Mod 1& 2 and big thanks to Kev for getting me booked into that crazy diary! Guys... If you want to ride, use Westwales motorcycles!

I first contacted them in regards to give my bike a once over and the bloke wasn't trying to sell me anything, just giving me advice so i thought this is an awesome place so i booked her in for a check over, came back to me saying needs calliper cleaning, new chain and sprockets and rear shock, couldn't afford the shock so decided to fit that at a later occasion,
I was charged £180 for chain n sprockets and front calliper clean, I turned up to collect my bike ,my controls were twisted so my clutch didn't pull in, my steering lock has stopped working and my mirror was hanging off , so I now have to take it to another garage to get sorted along with the shock , I did email them to let them know thinking maybe its just a rare occurrence and they would be apologetic and offer a partial refund or to fix it etc, but i got no reply at all , they did a great job fitting the chain n sprockets and happy about the quality of that part of the job but overall, i was disappointed as it felt they didn't care how I got my bike back

After speaking with Kevin on the phone, I had a very good feeling about doing my CBT course here. I travelled two hours to Carmarthen and had the best day doing my CBT course with Paul! He is a brilliant teacher! Professional, clear instructions, patient, happy and very adaptable to teach in different ways. I've left feeling confident and excited to ride bikes. Paul you have empowered me and I can't recommend you enough! Thank you for a great day

Excellent service from these guys at West Wales Motorcycles, did my CBT yesterday the 29th of July and couldn’t fault my training instructor Paul he was so clear in his instructions and patient. I certainly will recommend them in the future, looking forward to doing my test.

Helpful friendly and not out to milk you dry.Kevin and Paul are great guys.4/5 hrs training for my mod 1.flew through it.4/5 hrs training for my mod 2 flew through it .Really do recommend going here.I learnt a lot from Paul and am sure I am a better rider now because of him.

One of my biggest regrets. I took my bike to get MOT'd and have the sprockets changed. Twice in person I reminded them that I needed to keep the old sprockets and twice on the phone.
I rode that bike all day, every day, for six months half way around the world - all on that set of sprockets.
Despite everything that I said, the front sprocket was thrown out. I had planned to keep the front sprocket as a souvenir and my publisher wanted to use it as part of the promo material before my book comes out next year.
Sadly this is no longer possible. On top of all that the work was overpriced, I was a bit surprised that my bill came to £250.
