Completed my training today, & after 40years of 'gonna do my bike test' ..I finally passed my test today 7/11/23, & I have to GENUINELY say I couldn't have done it without the help of this company, Anne (owner) is lovely & explains all the costs, books all your lessons/training, Phil (owner) is excellent in the advance stages of your training through to your test, & Dave & the other trainers are fantastic with training from the cbt, right up to the advanced stages moving towards the mod1, mod2 elements, the way they handle the course really puts you at ease & if you're struggling with any aspect they help you through it without criticism, people say this & don't often mean it, but I have to HONESTLY say " I could not have done it without them".....I could not recommend this team enough...THANK-YOU GUYS its been great, & hopefully see you all soon with the new (to me) Kawasaki z1000

Have recently completed my CBT here with Dave and found the whole experience to be fantastic. He was thorough, honest, and very helpful.
Getting booked in by Anne was great, loads of knowledge, professional, and efficient. Just a wonderful person and very easy to deal with.
I'll soon be starting on my journey to getting an unrestricted license with Bikesafe and can't wait!

I had completed a couple of CBT's with other bike schools in the Sheffield area but was never keen on one. For my full rider course I decided to go with Bikesafe due to the chat with Anne on the phone.
I am glad I did!
Throughout the course the folks at Bikesafe were professional, easy to talk to and get on with and most importantly so thorough! Special mentions go out to Phil and Steve for all the tuition and time they spent adjusting my bad habits.
I also had to move to Wales halfway through and Anne was amazing. She kept in touch, would always ring me back if she missed my call and was really flexible letting me know the dates to see if I could get back over to Sheffield. Coupled with the pandemic, lockdowns and cancelled tests it is incredible that she still managed to prioritise my needs. I cannot thank her enough.
I passed everything first time and I wasn't the best rider in the world, which is credit to the tuition you receive at Bikesafe. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!

Just done my CBT today after it got postponed half way through due to the snow. Chris then re arranged his day off to enable us to complete today. Massive thank you to chris for doing that. Ive since booked in for direct access and have full confidence in these guys to get me passed but at a high standard! Just done my full licence at bike safe from cbt to mod 2 in a few weeks. Excellent service throughout, Steve my instructor was brilliant, made you feel at ease on the bike and extremely thorough training. I’d never ridden a bike before. Did extremely well on my 1hr free session. So paid my money and was really looking forward to the day. But on the day/s I tried to do my CBT, I was given sub standard bikes, 4 in total over 2 days. For someone who was learning from scratch (the school was aware I’d never ridden before) they made me think I was at fault. When each bike was failing, nothing to do with my riding! Completely ruined it for me. My nerves were shot. Two years later I’m still without a CBT because of this school. Peter was fantastic and so was all the instructors but Anne, you need to work on your customer service skills and listen when a student says there’s something wrong. In their defence, after much arguing I did get a refund and Peter offered me private lessons. Will not recommend. Sorry guys.

I would highly recommend this team to anyone wishing to learn to ride a motorbike. They helped me to achieve something which I'd never believed I could do and see through to the very end. Great service from start to finish. Phoned late on Saturday afternoon to try to book a Cbt course at short notice - amazingly booked for the following tuesday, great tuition from Paul who was friendly, patient and professional on the day. Would definitely recommend if you're after motorcycle training of any sort. Thanks guys.

Loads of 5* Reviews!? I must've come on a bad day.
Looking at the bikes I was learning on were atrocious the clocks on my bike were hanging off! Only to be fixed with zip ties then for the speedo to not be working! But were fixed and bodged quickly.
As it was my first ever time on a bike I felt incredibly rushed as was being told we were behind, there was only 3 of us!
We must've been behind due the the instructor constantly being on his phone despite telling all 3 of us he shouldn't be. I was then robbed for the rest of the day as I was told after swapping to try a scooter 50cc rather than 125 at that aswell! That I wasnt being taught for the remainder of what I'd paid and would have to come back.

Really supportive and experienced trainers - I had a really good time whilst learning to ride too! I managed to pass my CBT, theory, MOD 1 and MOD 2 with these guys first time and felt confident doing it. Couldn't fault the service, care and provision throughout. I’d stopped riding in 1990 due to becoming a car driver and various other life changes. Back then CBT wasn’t a thing so my limited outdated skills needed sharpening up. I started in February with my CBT and advanced through my MOD1 test and then my MOD2 which I passed at the end of May. Bike Safe were exceptional at all points in this journey and every trainer was great providing positive feedback to my numerous errors and advising how to become a better rider.

Bike safe is a excellent place to learn how to ride a mormotorcy/ moped.
I had never ridden a motorcycle before but due to a new job, which is not do able via public transport, I had to get a motorcycle.
The instructors are excellent, patient and easy going. I was with a 3 other propep that had all ridden and done a CBT before. So I felt like I was weighing everyone down. The instructor gave everyone a quick brake, while giving me extra time to get to grips with how to ride and follow the instructions.
I passed and felt fairly confident even though I felt my ride didn't go the best. The instructor gave me some advice moving forward. Both for on the road and for buying a bike.
A friend recommend these guys and I'd absolutely tell anyone considering anything to do with a motorcycle test, to go to bike safe.

I recommend anyone who wants to get your motorbike licence to come to Bikesafe in Sheffield. Do not go anywhere else! These guys are the best in teaching you to pass your MOD 1 & MOD 2.
