Well to start off with I cannot give this place less than 5 stars, if there was an option for more I’d give it.
This place is truly amazing and the staff are just out of this world! I did my CBT on 19/05/23 and I ended up passing. My instructor Moonie was absolutely amazing with me! He saw my potential and stuck with me knowing I struggled with the bike to start with. I’d never been on a bike before and Moonie took his time to teach me everything I need to know, he kept complementing me on my driving and how well I was doing. I also achieved an impossible for me. Passing first time never being on a bike before, (I’ll still be proud of that till I die), I can’t say a bad word about these guys because they’re so lovely and chill, you can just be yourself around them. I’ll definitely be coming back for my full license! Especially when Moonie said he could see me as a full rider no problem😉

Started my journey with the cbt in November and now hold a full A licence as of last week. The tuition from start to finish has been excellent from all of the instructors. Really down to Earth people that make learning fun and you can have a good laugh at the same time.
Sam does an excellent job booking your lessons and tests around your busy schedules, so top marks there.
Overall excellent riding school, highly recommended 10/10.

Did my CBT with Moonie today and I had such a fantastic time, I can't stress enough how kind and patient he was, always reassuring and he really explained everything and I was up and running and we went on a lovely ride through the country :) cannot recommend enough

Fantastic place to learn . Made myself and partner feel very welcome . Rother ride took us from zero experience of motorcycles to both passing Mod 1 & Mod 2 first time round . Would highly recommend.

Visited this place and really enjoyed got my confidence back to be able to ride again getting my full bike test done with these guys after Christmas highly recommended place ! Shame only can give 5 stars when should be 100/100 !!!

Completed direct access course from complete beginner to getting full bike license. From start to finish it has been absolutely amazing. From cbt with mooney who was a brilliant guy and taught us how to ride essentially. Then moving up to 125’s with nick who was brilliant in putting his years of experience into our riding. Then finishing up on the 600’s with the owner gaz who is absolutely spot on, going up to big bikes is scary but he taught us to ride confidently and professionally, with me and my friend both passing Mod 1 & Mod 2 on the 1st attempts which is incredible! Thanks again guys! Ride safe!

Thoroughly enjoyed today doing my CBT here Moonie my instructor was knowledgeable and delivered the training in a friendly manner that put me right at ease. I can't wait to gain more experience on my own bike and will not think twice about heading back to Wilson's Rother Ride to do my direct access training.

I honestly cannot say anything nice enough to Gary, Sam and the team at Wilson’s, it is a lovely family run business and they treat you like family the moment you walk through the door. I took my direct access and I had two lessons and passed my Mod 1, and two lessons and then passed my Mod 2. Gary is very down to Earth and will give you the best advice to make you the best rider you can be, but he will still have a laugh with you and make you feel comfortable. Sam was able to sort out my days when personal matters or the weather got in the way with no fuss, told me what my new days were, and even reminded me of when my lessons were so I didn’t forget. Cannot recommend Wilson’s Rother Ride enough. I only wish I had done my CBT with them as well. Thanks guys!!!

Massive thanks to Gary and his team at rother ride, passed my bike test today thanks to the fantastic guidance and instruction that is in abundance at rother ride. This is a brilliant family run business. Made welcome from the minute you walk through the door and treat like family not a client. Anybody considering doing any sort of bike training from cbt to direct access,I can not recommend these guys enough.

Recently passed my full bike license having no previous riding experience, I passed both mod 1 & mod 2 with no faults!!!
This is all thanks to Gaz being an excellent instructor with endless knowledge about riding. Gaz is patient, calm and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly with simple instructions.
Also a big thanks to Sam for arranging tests & lessons through a difficult time (covid-19). Sam is also very helpful, knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble.
I'd highly recommend Rother Ride to anyone who wants to learn to ride. Great experience from start to finish. Thanks again

As a complete novice, I had a great experience working up to and passing my full license and would highly recommend.
Gary is a paitent, consistent instructor who will not let you develop bad habits, and importantly makes you learn and laugh about the mistakes you inevitably make.
Sam is a knowledgeable and friendly face in the office and great source of information. My awkward work routine meant lots of scheduling and re-scheduling, which was managed no problem.
