Recently did my CBT with Jake who was class. Done a few CBTs over the years now and Jake did a great job of tailoring the day to match the experience levels of everyone. I went into the day with low expectations after disappointing experiences with the way instructors have conducted themselves at other riding schools in the past, but would 100% recommend ORMT and I’m looking forward to booking my DAS with them soon.

I’ve just completed my CBT here and I couldn’t have asked for more, Jake was really knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips and advice which has helped me have good control over the bike and stay safe on the road. Starting riding can be quite scary but I genuinely feel confident now to get some experience on the road independently.

Completed my training and the experience was great. The trainers Jake and Pete made it really relaxing and were very patient meaning I was comfortable throughout. Would have no hesitation recommending this school

I did my CBT with Jake this week and I can't recommend ormt enough.
I had never been on a bike before and at 41 was feeling a little nervous but Jake talk me through everything that I needed to know for the day calmly and with a bit of a laugh, making the day very informative and very enjoyable all whilst balancing the needs for the rest of the group too.
Jake and open road motorcycle training have certainly give me the confidence to carry on and I will be booking my DAS with them soon.
If you plan to do your CBT do it with someone that genuinely wants you to succeed like Jake and ormt and isn't just going through the motions be

Had a great time doing my CBT at Mutt with ORMT. Steve and Jake were brilliant instructors who both provided a relaxed, safe and encouraging environment. I would recommend to anyone.

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, closed for over a week no response to emails phone calls and texts, requested refund, none given, this geezer is a SNOWFLAKE Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Its a shame to write this because I originally had a good experience last year for my CBT.. the guy I had was amazing and I can't fault him at all (ex police rider, forgotten his name!)
However this year my husband was due his retake for his cbt.. I drove him there, and we waited over an hour. We had 2 kids with us at the time. No one answering the phone .. we called multiple times .. emailed.. text. After an hour we get told it is cancelled. My husband booked annual leave for this.. communication was absolutely shocking and Nicky is a disgrace with the way they talk to paying customers.
We are still chasing a refund .. yet to recieve it.
For your own sanity use a company that can actually organise themselves, communicate effectively and actually care about their customers.
Will never use them again!

Had a very negative experience with another provider and it knocked my confidence a little.
When I arrived to ORMT I was immediately welcomed and met with a calm and relaxed energy which made me feel at ease. My instructor used to be a police motorcyclist so I knew I was in good hands. The instructor was very easy to get a long with, had patience and talked through everything we needed to know.
The approach to training really made a difference, I've been on the road for roughly a week now, racking up over a couple hundred miles and I'm loving every minute of it.
One hundred percent recommend these guys, they'll look after you and ensure you have the knowledge to stay safe on the road.

Nick the owner of the business is one of the worst people i have had experience of talking to on the phone, so rude and a downright scammer, if you are new to riding and want to learn avoid these guys like a plague they will ruin your confidence

Honestly better then I could imagine.
I’ve had Little to no training on a Motorbike until learning with ormt. And I can safely say I feel like a pro with just one day of training. The teachers techniques and patience worked perfect for me to learn . Thank you ORMT

Passed my CBT with Pete today outstanding instructor funny chearfull and knows your weaknesses to work on, explains in great details the criteria of riding a motorcycle will definitely be returning for my DSA i can now ride a 125cc with confidence 😬

Today was one of the most beautiful days for me and my husband, we always dream of riding together, I had no any experience of riding bikes before today our dreams come through and we finally got to ride the bike without any issues, thanks to open road motorcycle training and their lovely group, highly recommended to everyone who is thinking riding a bike is impossible, just go for it with them with confidence they will make your dreams come through , loads of love to your group special to lovely Terry from Mazz and bezz
