On the day you'll be provided with a helmet, gloves and a jacket to ensure you're able to train safely. You'll just need to wear thick, unripped jeans on the day and also sturdy boots that support your ankle.

If you're travelling to the site using your own vehicle, you can find the instructor at the rear end of the Makro car park by the shipping container used to store bikes and equipment. Poole station is the closest railway station if you're travelling via public transport. The station is a 45-minute walk away from the centre, or you can catch a bus, with lots of bus routes heading that way!

The training pad, which is closed off for your security, is located at the rear with ample space to practice and complete your training before heading out on the road ride element of your course. Full use of the Makro facilities and onsite parking are also available. Did my MOD1 and MOD2 here with Patrick. Not a bad word to say. Passed both first time. Good amount of car park training and on the road with lots of practice of the MOD1 courses! Only downside is the earpieces are uncomfortable which is the same at all the other places I did my CBT at for the last 8 years haha

I had previously completed my CBT with another outfit, but hadn’t been comfortable with them. I was recommended CC Motorbike Training by a friend and booked for training with MOD1 and MOD2 tests included; which was great value for money. The training was the best experience I could have wished for; Patrick was laid back and patient, with a lot of experience and advice. This is a first class, professional outfit, with a lot of experience. I cannot recommend them enough. I was riding a CB650R, a very good bike which I felt immediately comfortable with, having only ridden a 125cc previously, jumping on a powerful machine was daunting, but there was no need to worry, it was great! I passed both my MOD1 & MOD2 first time, with a single minor driver error on my MOD1 and only 3 minors on my MOD2, totally my own fault and knew I’d done them at the time, but having only been trained for a few days, it’s a credit to Patrick’s teaching that I got so few, but knew as soon as I’d done them! Don’t hesitate, CC Motorbike Training is the way! Thank you Patrick, I look forward to many safe and fun miles on the road.

I had my CBT here last week and had Harvey as my instructor. This was my first time using a manual bike and at first I found it super tricky learning something brand new. Harvey was patient and gave me great advice throughout the morning which helped a lot with my confidence on the bike. After lunch we went out for the road ride and everything came together amazingly! I passed and I’m pretty sure without Harvey’s help and patience I wouldn’t have done. 5 stars for the whole experience start to finish ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took my CBT today at the Poole site, Ben (the instructor) was brilliant - very knowledgeable with a nice, calm manner, made sure that everyone knew what was happening and when, and gave good, clear instructions during the road riding session of the course. If you're thinking of doing your CBT (or other bike training), I highly recommend CC Motorbike Training, you won't be disappointed! 👍🏻

I am 63 years old and Three days ago i started training with Patrick, i can't lie i was rubbish! The course was intense and even at my age i thought I'm never going to get through this. Patrick was patient and thorough and somehow keeps you calm, today i passed my mod 1, the examiner at the test centre was also the sort of chat that gave me confidence. A huge thankyou for allowing me to tick another one off my bucket list. For those people who have the beginners nerves (Stop worrying call Patrick) Regards Dan.

SR PATRICK IS AMAZING. HE CAME TO US AND SORTED IT OUT IN 20 MIN. THANK YOU VERY MUCH SR. My wife and I stayed from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm without chairs to receive theoretical training (we sat on the sidewalk for an hour listening to the instructor). Is the worst instrutor that I see, accent difficult to understand, I told him that we were tired and awake since 05:00am because we were working and he ironically said that he was since 04:00am. We started the route on the road at 2:40pm and ended at 05:40pm and in the end he did not approve of my wife because she needed to do the route independently. The instructor made a lot of signaling errors and told us to accelerate to 30 mph in a 20 mph school area. In the end, he approved me and said he wanted another day with my wife so she could do the route again, after 3 hours doing that (Why? He said because made a mistake, was his fault, he was not clear with his instruction and he would come to our city without cost to get the road test again just with my wife). I HONESTLY REGRET having hired this school. I believe the instructor was being evaluated by a DVSA Instructor and used us to prove he is a good professional. I'm waiting for a call from Mr Patrick. The instrutor name is IJR BARRON (or BARROR).

Really great experience here doing my cbt, was a bit nervous going in as I've never driven any kind of motorbike and wasnt sure if I'd pass first time on a manual. But the instructor was very patient with everyone in our group and made sure everyone was going at the same pace and could do all of the tasks. When on the road he was very good at directing through the headset and giving breaks to review our mistakes and progress. Would highly recommend going here for a cbt :) .

Spent an enjoyable 5 hours with Ian at CC Motorbike Training. I was looking for some back to biking training after not being on a motorbike for many years. I found CC Motorbike Training online and messaged them on their website. I got a response fairly quickly. Several emails later over a couple of days and I was booked onto a course. On the day it was one to one training with a qualified instructor. It started with some basic riding skill checks in a closed off car park area, followed by some riding around town, to get used to handling the bike in traffic. Once Ian was happy I could handle the bike with confidence we then went on a longer journey, to Salisbury and back with Ian providing guidance where needed. Ians instructions were clear and the guidance he provided was helpful. I'd definitely recommend doing this course for anyone thinking of returning to biking after a long break. I can't rate CC Motorbike Training highly enough and thoroughly recommend them.
