Had my CBT with John on Sunday and what a top guy! Very friendly and patient, very knowledgeable and really wants you to get out on the road and be safe. Had a cracking fun day, despite the awful weather! Would recommend to anyone.

🏍️. What an amazing day!! 🏍️ Before today I had never sat on a motorcycle never mind rode one. John, my instructor, was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain everything clearly and had plenty of patience, which made the day much more enjoyable. Beforehand I was apprehensive, as I thought I wouldn’t be welcome as I had never ridden; I couldn’t have been more wrong. At all times, especially whilst out on the road, our safely was paramount and not once did I feel I was in danger. I would tell anyone who is apprehensive about booking, is go for it , you will have an amazing day. I never thought I would have the bike bug but here we are 😀!!!

John was an amazing instructor, he was kind, friendly, professional but most of all patient with me. I started the day with absolute zero experience on a geared 125cc bike, I don't even drive. I was so nervous but the nerves Soon went and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. A motorbike is the cheapest way to get to work or college, uni. So don't hesitate to book your CBT and if your nervous ask for John. Honestly I can't thank him enough, I'm so excited to start my life not relying on anyone for lifts.

Can’t recommend this place enough! Completed my CBT renewal with them today and John the instructor was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. I was nervous initially, as I’m based in Bristol, but he was very quick to show me the ropes and I felt confident straight away. John also spent some time showing me how to use a manual bike, which was great as I’ve been looking into driving a manual and was initially apprehensive about it! Will definitely come back for either my test or future CBT!! ☺️

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Katie is fantastic with the admin side and gets you booked in asap and also keeps you up to date with everything you need to know, and manages to get you test dates in quick turn around times! I cannot speak highly enough of all instructors I had experiences with. I did my CBT with Paul, Mod 1 with Gethin, and my Mod 2 with Kev. All 3 were excellent instructors, with a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of riding. A big big thankyou to you all!! Mission accomplished, bike license before I’m 25!:) Thanks again.

Did my CBT here with Paul today (6/11/2021). I was nervous going into it and he put me completely at ease by explaining everything brilliantly, ensuring we all knew how to be safe before getting near the bikes. Then using them he took it at out own pace and was patient and very easy to get along with. Out on the road he was super helpful and kept us very safe. My confidence level just kept going up and by the end I felt very secure that I would be safe on the road alone. Thank you! I will be coming back to do my Direct Access for sure.

I was so nervous dropping my 16yr old off for his cbt last week but speaking to his instructor (I can't for the life of me remember names, sorry), he immediately put me at ease! My son passed his cbt and is now out on the open road, even better when I picked him up I asked him "was it worth the wait?" he replied laughing "110% I thought I knew everything, turns out I didn't! They have now helped me with me problem! And did also refund my money -£25 for deposit so i kida rode a bike for £25 not to bad. Their reply; Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you felt disappointed. You were with us for a couple of hours but granted you only had some 30 minutes on a bike. The issue you had was balance and although we tried on the 125cc manual which was dropped 2 or three times and automatic 50cc, it was apparent that you have a balance issue. The risk of you injuring yourself was considered and that's why you were advised to learn to ride a push bike before moving to a motorcycle. You paid £115 for the cbt not £125 and you were refunded £40 as it was felt unsafe to continue on the day. Your safety was paramount in our considerations. We would be happy to have you back after you have mastered balance. (The guys there were nice and friendly just had absolutely no patience I was doing my CBT t which stands for compulsory basic training I never ridden motorcycle before so I went there for my CBT so you would think I'll be trained but I wasn't I was on motorcycle for 5 minutes it's and they said to me go home and come back at 6 months I paid £125 and they only give me £40 back plus I spent £10 in there as well the person on the phone don't know their name when I booked it it asked me if I knew how to ride a pedal bike I said no. They said it was fine as they will teach me how to ride a motorcycle there! But nope they said to me to buy a bicycle learner Rider then come back at 6 months how when they've taken my money and I can't afford to buy one absolutely bullcrap 1 star review didn't you offer me a free trading lesson or anything like that.)

Absolutely appalling turned up for nine did not get on bike in yard until 1o'clock . Still had not gone on road at 4.30 then asked to wait until he had taken two people out. Considering road driving is a minimum of two hours that meant I would not get on the until gone 7.00 o'clock in the evening.
