Had my cbt today at Nottingham and If I remember right it was Andy and paul... highly recommend simply because of these 2 blokes...really made you feel confident and comfortable and for that reason I came back with my certificate... thanks to both of them credit to the company

Can’t say enough about the guys at shires , I was so nervous having never had any experience on a bike , they put me at ease straight away , they make it so fun and enjoyable and got me through my CBT , mod 1 & mod 2 first time of asking. These guys are the best in the business 👌🏻

If you listen to these guys you will definitely pass your bike test, They are great fun, very friendly, but they also know there stuff, they are very passionate and professional when it comes down to bike training
I have no hesitation in recommending Shires Motorcycle Training Derby/Notts to anyone,

What an amazing experience. Collin is top class and they know how to make you feel welcome & comfortable, so friendly. The banter & dad jokes from Collin were hilarious. Passed MOD 1and MOD 2 first time due to the fantastic tuition from Ash and Colin.
They’re informative, calm and they’re years of experience really comes across. They’re also great guys.

Passed my mod 1 & mod 2 first time. The level of training is exactly what you need to pass the tests. As long as you ride how you have been trained, you will pass. Colin was my instructor for mod 1 and mod 2 and his approach and manner is very professional , his years of experience show , passing on his tips and tricks to make everthing easier .. i would highly recommend shires and you only need to see there pass rate to see there doing it Right.

This place really is the place to go if you want to pass. Did my CBT, Mod 1 and Mod 2 with Shires and thoroughly enjoyed it. They are just as keen as any one to get you passed and avoid further training and they really know this game. The equipment is excellent but it is the staff that are the real game changer. Exceptional knowledge and guidance, stern when required but absolute great fun and company at all times. Ash and Colin were so confidence inspiring and knew exactly how to get you to pass those tests first time. Can't recommend enough.

I took both my A2 and A licences with Shires. The standard of tuition is excellent, the bikes and gear provided are also first class. Furthermore, the courses are great value and I would highly recommend Shires to anyone getting their licence for the first time or upgrading their licence.

Trained with John and Colin over 2 days. Both very patient and experienced riders which made passing my DAS Mod 2 a breeze. Trained at multiple schools and Shires have been the best by a country mile! Absolutely recommend!

Today I renewed my cbt on a 125cc. Before today I hadn’t touched a bike in 4 years. At first I was abit nervous but with the amazing help of Collins guidance and tips, my confidence was back and I loved every moment. I took my first CBT with Shires nearly 10 years ago when I turned 16 and I wouldn't have dreamt of going anywhere else to complete my full bike licence. All the staff are incredibly friendly and the bikes are of premium quality. I couldn't have felt safer in the instructors hands with all clear instruction on every step of my DAS course. 5 Stars is not enough to give to the Shire Team. When completing Module 1 training we used the Nottingham training site which was laid out perfectly and allowed me to train to the full test requirements and gave me all the confidence in passing the next step of my motorcycle licence
