I’d never been on a bike before and knew absolutely nothing about them. I completed my CBT today with Matt and learned so much. Despite it being cold and raining all day, Matt made sure I was comfortable and looked after throughout. He knew when I needed a break and even sorted me out with some warmer clothing when I was getting cold, which made a huge difference. Matt was incredibly patient and really helped put me at ease from the start. I felt safe and supported throughout the day, and whenever I made a mistake, he calmly guided me back and explained what I needed to do. I can’t thank him enough for today – I’ve had an absolute blast! And best of all… I passed my CBT! 😬🏍️ Highly recommend Matt to anyone thinking about learning to ride.

Just wanted to leave a detailed review for 2 Counties Rider Training. Having done my CBT elsewhere and after a not so great experience at another training facility I got in touch initially with Alex at 2 counties. Right from the off I knew I had found the right place to continue to progress to my Mod 1 via a 3 hour assessment lesson. Having had lessons throughout with Matt, Alex and Leo this all put me in good stead to pass my Mod 1 and progress onto Mod 2 training. I found their style of instruction easy to follow and with positive encouraging feedback at the briefing after each session. This gives you things to consider before your next session and improve on. These are extremely easy guys to get on with and their style of training was second to none. Being neurodivergent sometimes makes interpretation difficult for me personally but they made me feel so welcome and eased any tension I may have had at the time which made a huge difference for me. I passed my Mod 1 and Mod 2 with only 1 minor fault for each and I think this speaks volumes about their attitude and professionalism when coaching new riders so well done to you guys, I’ll miss you massively. So all in all I would say if you want to be a safe confident rider and enjoy the process 2 Counties should be your first call when choosing a training programme. Cannot recommend them enough. A highly professional experience from start to finish. The facilities at Shires are top-notch, and the instruction is even better. My instructor, Leo, provided clear, structured feedback that made the technical elements of the CBT easy to grasp. His expert knowledge and friendly demeanor created a fantastic learning environment. A credit to the school and highly recommended for any new rider.

Excellent experience with 2 Counties Mororcycle Training today. I had Leo taking me through my CBT. Great tuition in a calm and clear manner. A friendly guy who put me at ease and guided me through the course. I’d highly recommend them if you’re thinking of starting out or want to progress to a higher level.

It was an amazing day with Alex, Matt, and all the staff. I completed my CBT. The training was kind, passionate, and very professional. It even felt like a fun event. We quickly arranged my Mod 1 and Mod 2 training and tests. They also sell both second-hand and brand-new bikes, and provide servicing as well.
