Did both my Mod 1+2 with Lee who brought a lot of patience and knowledge to the training. It wasn't just about passing the test but making a better rider out of you with his experience.
Would recommend to anyone who wants to do their motorcycle licence, whatever the level.

Had my CBT yesterday.
Very satisfied. The guys is profesional and very polite, explained very clear and sped the time on what we need. Definitely come back in few weeks to get to ride a 600c for full A.

It was my first time driving a motorbike. Big thank you to Alex and Lee for the excellent training and patience!! Especially to Alex who spent extra time making me feel more confident and prepared for the road part! Lee and Alex were very knowledgeable and explained the exercises and gave instructions clearly. They were very patient with all the riders and accommodating.
The bikes performed well ( one was not in a good mood and kept dying in idle, but it's being replaced and it didn't cause any major disruption)
The 2h ride on the road was very well structured. Stopping for debriefs and checking how I was feeling was really good and kept me motivated.
It was a really good day and will be coming back soon for my unrestricted practical.

Well at the age of 53 I was a bit nervous to begin with Lee and Alex really calmed me down with there experience and teaching.
The great thing I liked was if you don’t get it right the first time Lee or Alex would guild you though with different techniques which worked wonders for me.
I’m pleased to say I passed my Cbt due to them both , also the bikes we used in training were superb, and I will be going back once I pass the theory test as my plan was to get a full bike licence.
Keep up your hard work Lee and Alex be back soon.

Instructors, Lee and Martin, we're superb and really helpful. Couldn't have asked for better instructors to be honest. Martin took the majority of the course and he was really knowledgeable about anything we needed to know. Would highly recommend to anyone else looking to do their CBT or further training. Bikes were new, clean and well maintained. Will definitely be back in touch with them when it's time to do the Mod 1 and 2 👍🙌

I completed my CBT a couple of days ago along with my Dad, what a great day.
Martin was our instructor and he was fantastic. I was surprised how much was covered in just one day. Great team at Phoenix. Theory test booked and can’t wait to get to next stage with the guys from Phoenix. Definitely got the bug. Thanks again. Ollie.

I was able to pass my CBT with the support of Lee and Martin.
The day was very relaxed but without compromising our safety. Both guys looked as ways of breaking down some of the basics for someone that had never ridden a bike before. Was a really good experience and hopefully something I can build on. I would def recommend to anyone who is totally new riding a motorbike.

Top quality training from very patient and professional instructors both Lee and Martin delivered exactly what is needed when it is required. The course is structured to suit you personally and the objective is to prepare you to be as safe as possible on two wheels. Behind the scenes the administration is seamless, you need never worry about when and where you are in the program, Lisa has it all sorted, in the calendar, and by email ready for your approval. This is certainly a one stop shop for motorcycle training and my experience here has been first class.

Having never ridden or sat on a bike before, I was rather nervous at the thought of riding a bike (with gears) for the very first time.
However, there was absolutely no need to be nervous owing to Martin’s excellent reassurance and tuition from start to finish. His patience was exceptional, his ability to explain exactly what he wanted me to do and his very clear instruction on what I needed to adjust or modify to make the manoeuvre perfect.
Within a few hours I was riding a bike around the paddock and able to change gears. A couple hours aft
that, I’m on public roads with Martin riding behind me, giving me very clear instruction via the intercom.
From start to finish, the whole course was engaging, incredibly important and most of all fun.
The bikes we were riding were very well maintained and practically new.
I would highly recommend Phoenix to anyone thinking about CBT’s as the team were just excellent from the information contained within the initial email when I signed up to the very end of the training day.
Well done Martin and Lee, I’ll drop in soon once I have my new bike for a cuppa!

Both Martin and Lee were great instructors and took me from a total novice to having a CBT in a day. Martin was excellent at teaching me the skills needed to safely get out on the road, and was really astute with giving me the exact feedback I needed to hear to improve. Really importantly, I had a really fun time! I couldn't recommend them enough.

Back to biking experience with Lee last week, superb day really enjoyed it. 20+ years since I rode a bike so I little apprehensive. Lee put me at ease with some cone work to start with to gain confidence then out on the road for the day. Lee is a superb instructor giving me clear and concise instructions in a very calm manner. Definitely will be booking a another session hopefully on my new bike.

I recently completed my Mod 2 test with Lee at Phoenix, including a day of training. Overall, I had a great experience that built my confidence in getting me ready for my test, which I passed with no minors. Lee provided a tailored learning experience to each of us on the course that day and identified both our weaknesses and our strengths. I would highly recommend Phoenix to anyone looking to get their license, Lee really makes you feel comfortable and at ease as soon as you arrive. I recently got my full license after doing a DAS Course with Phoenix and I would not recommend anywhere else. Lee is an absolutely fantastic instructor and I couldn't have done it without his help. He really built my confidence massively and his teaching is second to none. As a lady trying to get into biking it can seem a bit daunting, but Lee made me feel at ease straight away. Would 100% recommend to everyone and would never go anywhere else, I look forward to completing some advanced training with Lee and his team in the future!

Lee is a superb teacher, giving clear and meaningful instruction to help you become a safe and effective motorcyclist. Lee brought me up to speed to pass my test, and I went in with full confidence.
After passing my test, I decided to come back for an additional session to hone my skills further. Lee was helpful in identifying areas where I could advance further and I had a most enjoyable day’s riding.

I did a big bike assessment in Bristol where I first had Lee instruct me on the changeover from a 125cc to a 650cc. From that I knew Lee would be a great instructor, he's very knowledgable, easy going and a good laugh.
I decided to make the journey to Cubbington to do my Module 1 & 2 with Lee and don't regret it at all!
I went from being nervous on the larger bike to passing both Modules with 0 minors. I couldn't have done it that well without Lee guiding me to the success.
It was a great experience for me, well worth it & very fun. I feel much more confident riding and have taken home tips that I'll carry out into my future riding.
I was Lee's first Full license training student at Cubbington and as they say, you'll never forget your first ;)

Great teacher, very patient and easy going, felt very welcome as soon as I got there. On parts I didn't get it kept messing up he was very supportive but still drilled the idea of how to do it, compared to other CBT's I've heard about through friends and family, a great experience, and an amazing guy

Just completed my cbt with Lee. He mentioned he has started as a new business, but his experience as an instructor shone throughout the day, he was very knowledgable, patient and precise.
His instructions and training were very clear and he was able to take me from complete novice, to confident in just a few hours.
He is clearly passionate about what he does.
Although I only chose Lee based on availability and I had to commute to get there (well over an hour) I plan to come back for my further training as he clearly knows what he is doing and has gained my trust as an instructor

Lee is the man.
I first met Lee at the test centre where I was trying to find a training provider. Immediately Lee made me feel like I had known him for years and I had no doubt he was the man for the job.
In my first training day Lee made me feel right at home and got me comfortable with the bike. Before I knew it we were fully into the training session.
After only 4 sessions I had passed both mod 1 & 2. Honestly this is not down to my riding skills ( or lack of ) this is seriously down to the high quality training from Lee. And he has the patience of an absolute saint.
Thanks again lee I’m sure we will ride together soon. 👍
