About Elite Rider Training
Elite Rider Training is a motorcycle training school located in Heywood, Greater Manchester. They provide a wide range of motorcycle training courses for riders of all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced riders.

Located just off the M62, Elite Rider Training is easily accessible if you're travelling to the site by car. The closest train station is Castleton with plenty of bus routes available to get you from here to the school. It's important to note that there aren't many amenities surrounding the school, so bringing your own food and drink on the day to ensure you're fully fuelled is a must!

Did a 3 day DAS course with elite.the training was top notch no pressure put on you, explained when mistakes were made, and best way to correct them. Andy was the instructor and was with me all the way through,really do recommend them š

Went to Elite rider training after a bad experience else where. Chris the instructor was absolutely brilliant with me. Helped settle my nerves and explained everything to me. Was patient and understanding. The 1 to 1 training was amazing and would highly recommend coming here.

Top guys, Chris was brilliantly helpful in booking at short notice and Andyās excellent instruction on the DAS helped me pass my Mod 1 and Mod 2 first time in just 3 days end to end.
The bikes m are also great and well maintained, I rode both a Honda CB650 and a Kawasaki z650 and had the pick of these for test days.
I read a few negative reviews which can be ignored IMO and summed up as one disgruntled CBT candidate who didnāt bother to read the requirements/bring the right gear (which riding without would have put them in danger) who has then asked their only 3 mates to all spam bad reviews.
No wonder all the other hundreds of reviewers are 5*! Cheers guys, keep doing what youāre doing!

I highly recommend Elite rider training for your CBT after my experience today. Well worth the 1 to 1 focus you receive. Chris the instructor was not only informative , instructive without being stern, but he was very relaxed and patient with me , going at my pace and reassuring me that I was doing well. He ultimately built my confidence as a complete novice and a nervous wreck to passing and feeling confident on the bike.

From the initial call with Chris to having lessons with Andy, Elite are fantastic! Instructor Andy helped me conquer my nerves and I liked how he encouraged me to be a confident yet safe rider. Fantastic experience with the team at Elite Rider Training. They were super accommodating and provided me with a fantastic experience. Ian was a brilliant instructor who was able to explain what I needed to know really clearly and well but also providing a fun riding day too! I cant believe how much I learnt in just a couple of days and how much my riding ability has improved. Would definitely recommend to anyone learning to ride a bike with no experience to someone wanting to brush up on their skills and become a better and more confident, safer rider.

Just updating this review having completed, CBT, Mod1&2 with Andy. Quality training centre, if your needing any type of bike trading would defo come here. The instructor Frank and now Andy were absolute quality all 4 days, really helpful and made it very easy to learn. Would highly recommend for any type of bike training. A+

I had a great experience with Frank and the team on Friday for my CBT. Was really relaxed with no pressure. After the manoeuvres we went out on the road for a few hours, felt completely safe having learnt the basics in the morning and with the constant radio contact throughout, it was a lot of fun! Iāll be back to complete my MOD 1 & 2 after my theory. Highly recommended! Thanks again!

This week I passed my Mod 2 and now a happy motorcycle rider. Elite Rider gave me a full professional service, great knowledge and friendly atmosphere. The team were very welcoming , their was a slight delay getting started but didnāt affect the Training.
All the years Iāve been doing a CBT I would say this has been the best training it was worth the money.
The only downside you have to take your own refreshments would be good if they had a few cans available.
Cheers guys I will be back to do a gear conversion and get the big boys Licence.

Passed my mod2 today in darwen using Elite. What can I say I came from another rising school where I failed my mod2. Andy picked out my rider faults and worked on them. Super professional and friendly. I would hands down recommend for your CBT or DAS. Thanks guys

Just got back from doing my first ever CBT .. I was a little nervous, anxious and excited all in one . I neednāt have worried , Frank was my instructor and immediately put my mind at rest with a bit of banter , he was patient, informative and a great guy to learn from . He had me very comfortable with the bike in a short period of time and once the on site training had been completed I felt so comfortable on the on road ride ( didnāt want it to end if Iām honest ) . I would highly recommend these guys to learn from and I now intend to do my theory and advance to the next stage within a year or so . Thanks Frank and see you soon for the next level š¤.

Excellent riding school. I completed the CBT with Frank, he added a taste of good humour along with clear instructions. He made sure you fully understood each aspect of the training by constantly asking questions and testing your knowledge. He would not allow you to move onto the next training exercise until he was satisfied you were fully competent in the previous tests. I highly recommend Frank and the Elite Riding team,I will be completing my DAS with them next ~ Chris

Lovely place to starting to learn how to ride. I went for my CBT and Tim and Frank were brilliant, they make you feel comfortable and they are very good fellas, as soon as I can I'll ride around to visit, highly recommend place, I'll see you for my next licence guys!!

Did my CBT with these guys two weeks ago. Great experience. Iām based in Rochdale so they were a good option. Spent the day with Frank and would highly recommend. Passed my theory three days later so I will be returning to do my direct access training with them very soon.

Would highly recommend using this company for any bike training you need. I was trained by Andy who was an excellent teacher, puts you at ease, very calm, knowledgeable and explains and instructs in such a way that it makes the task easy. Good, well maintained, modern bikes to use and their base is easily accessible from the motorway being only 3 or 4 minutes from the motorway junction.

Me and my friend Matt both booked together to do our DAS training. Because of Andy's clear instructions, knowledge, sound advice and patience, we both passed Module 1 and Module 2 first time. After a bad experience at another riding school, I was nervous about doing my CBT again. After asking around Elite were recommended to me. I travelled 40 miles to get to them. I can happily say that any nerves I had quickly went. The training was top notch and I couldn't fault, safety was paramount and I thoroughly enjoyed my training. First class training done at the pace of the candidate, excellent communication and confidence building skills and a definite 'safety first' attitude - which is no bad thing on a bike!
Andy and Chris will ensure you learn how to be a safe rider and not just get you through the training.
Highly recommended, even if you have to travel to get there, 45 mins in my case, but well worth it!

I had a great instructor called andy, he was a great guy help me learn a lot of road sense, i left at the end of the day knowing more than what my last cbt test told me hes easy to understand he helps u correct bad habbits hes a great instructor and individual and im sure everyone else is too. easy tranport a metrolink an a 10 min walk literally worth doing it here an i live in Manchester worth the travel u wont regret it many thanks ELITE RIDER TRAINING šÆšļøšµ
