Fantastic experience with Passbike from start to finish. I completed my CBT and full bike test with them and honestly couldn’t fault the service. The instructors — Ian, Scott, Andy, and Jason — are incredibly knowledgeable and explain everything clearly. They’re patient, supportive, and full of useful tips and tricks that really help build confidence on the bike. Caroline and the rest of the front office team for organising my training dates and keeping me well informed throughout, everything ran smoothly and professionally. They also offer great deals on motorbike parts, locks, and accessories. Mo and all the mechanics in the workshop are extremely knowledgeable and always happy to help, giving solid advice and practical tips whenever needed without hesitation. I’ve attended their open events, which are always great fun, and also completed the motorbike first aid course which is very informative, well delivered, enjoyable. Overall, Passbike is a top-quality training centre with a great team and a brilliant biking community. Highly recommend.

Big thanks to Caroline. Ian. moe. and Jack. I Visited shop on Saturday 13th to look at the bsa range an was impressed with the sales team.with a warm welcome and shown all models.and arranged a test drive on Tuesday and took out out a goldstar 650 and immediately took to it after a drive through Hockley and surrounding areas returned to the sales team and settled on buying a silver goldstar. and purchased on Wednesday. cannot fault the entire process. from viewings to testing and buying from Ian again thanks to everyone for my new goldstar. I would highly recommend this well established, family run business, Pass Bike, for all aspects of motorcycle provision. A warm welcome and reliable after sales service is assured by the staff. The first class instruction I received from 1st ride, gaining the CBT and subsequent training for Modules 1 and 2, boosted my confidence sufficiently for me to pass my motorbike test. Whether looking to purchase a new bike or using the workshop facilities, I have found Pass Bike to be a trustworthy and reliable business.

I recently completed my CBT with my son at PassBike and enjoyed it so much that I decided to go for my full licence. The entire team was extremely friendly, and Scott and Andy who took me for my lessons were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. Thanks to them, I passed both my Module 1 and Module 2 tests first time. Now that I’ve got my first bike, I’m already considering coming back for advanced rider training. I’d thoroughly recommend PassBike to anyone looking to learn to ride.

A fantastic team and family environment. From my first hour in preparation for my CBT, with Ian teaching me how to balance and feel comfortable on a bike, all the way up to my MOD 2 test. The Pass Bike team are fantastic and I would highly recommend using them. I booked on to the direct access course with zero riding experience or knowledge (other than a day CBT course). It was explained to me exactly what the training days would consist of and how they would run, followed by an explanation of the make and model bike I would be using throughout. If you are nervous/anxious about starting up then I would suggest using Pass Bike and even if you are an experienced CBT rider and want to go for the full license, Pass Bike is the place to go. The entire team from reception, instructors and mechanics make you feel at home and put you at ease right away. A special thanks to Scott for getting me through my MOD 1 and Andy for getting me through my MOD 2. A caring, friendly and relaxed environment to learn how to ride a bike and get prepared for safe riding on the roads. Thank you to everyone at Pass Bike for your help.

Traded in my Harley for the newly announced BSA 350 Bantam, did the deal in August and the new bike was delivered and the Harley collected yesterday (05/11/25). First class service from Moe and his team at Pass bike, I was kept upto date on the status of the delivery as BSA were a little ambitious with their predicted delivery time. Though I guess the acid test will be if any warranty work is ever needed and general customer support. I will use them for the servicing, at least for the duration of the warranty period. And am very tempted with a test ride on the 650 scrambler. I highly recommend Pass Bike.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’d never ridden a bike before, but I did my CBT, mod1 and mod2 training with Pass Bike and it was a brilliant experience. My instructors, was patient, clear, and really supportive throughout the whole thing. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and gave me the confidence I needed to pass. The training was well-structured, professional, and also enjoyable. I’d highly recommend Pass Bike to anyone looking to start riding — especially beginners like me.
