Had a great experience during my CBT yesterday. My nerves have always gotten to me but both instructors were so great with making me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel any pressure to do more than I could! They encouraged me to take a geared bike out on the road ride and I came back feeling ready to use my own bike. Thank you Steve for being a great instructor! A lovely open space to learn in too

WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Excellent company and I highly recommend. Very friendly relaxed learning, in a safe environment with Jim who's an incredible instructor. He got me through my MOD 2 big thanks to all at M&C. I would 100% recommend should you consider learning to ride.

I did my upgrade from A2 to A in two days with Jim as my instructor. I thoroughly enjoyed my time, had a good laugh and flew through both my mod 1 and 2 on the 2nd day with no faults at all. I cannot praise them enough for the time, the knowledge and the patience. Super great time cannot recommend them enough!

Mark and Jim were brilliant and patient instructors. Cannot recommend them enough, they both were clear and helped me gain a lot of confidence in myself and in the bike. All you need is to listen and they will teach. Highly recommend, the best in the area.

Mark is an excellent instructor. Clear, direct and patient. He won't hold back, but he gives you advice to build your confidence and improve your technique. He'll identify specific areas for improvement and customise the training to ensure that you feel confident to get through those final tests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him if you want to get qualified to ride two wheels ...

I had no riding experience and not very confident. Two days training and passed both MOD1 and MOD2 first time with no problems. Very professional, approachable and knowledgeable. Mark has a fantastic approach to teaching and getting the best from students, evidently with me passing

If I could give Mark & Co at MC Training a sixth star, I would. Absolutely brilliant all round. The instructors are all very knowledgable and had me riding to a great standard within a matter of days. They’re great company, also. Uniquely, they’ve a plot on a disused runway, meaning they’ve got plenty of space for a proper Mod 1 circuit to practice/ do mock tests on. Coming from London, where every company hires a tiny school car park, this was a game changer. When it came to Mod 2, they made sure I knew all the likely test routes by heart. West Sussex/Hampshire is also a lovely part of the world to do the course. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks chaps!

Amazing instructors!! Had my A1 license for a while which I did with another training company several years ago and remember not enjoying the training process at all! My partner recommended M&C so I booked my 3 day DAS training so I could achieve my full A license. Mark and Jim were really lovely and Jim my instructor made me feel very comfortable and at ease the whole time! Having the mod 1 course set up already at the training centre made it so much easier to practice the mod 1 layout and helps to prepare you for the real test. Jim made sure I felt comfortable and confident with each part of the training and went over any parts I felt unsure about before the test days. The whole experience was really positive and I highly recommend M&C motorcycle training if you’re wanting to do your full bike test. Especially if you’re quite a nervous over-thinker like me!😂 Thank you so much Mark and Jim and the rest of the team for helping me pass my test!🏍️

Amazing experience completing my DAS with Mark and Jim. It was a pleasure to learn from the knowledgeable instructors. The very positive and optimistic mindset from Mark rubs off on you! It instilled a huge amount of confidence in me to pass both modules first time. Would recommend to anyone wanting to complete their DAS!

Well here's my story. After passing my theory on a Thursday, Mark booked me straight in for the CBT on the Friday which I passed. I found the CBT was perfectly timed and covered everything. It allowed us to gain the confidence on the training ground before hitting the road. The DAS course started the following week (monday) and within a week I'd passed both the module 1 & 2. All within 9 days total which is truly amazing. Mark and Jim provide top class training in order to prepare you for the modules, and equally make the situation more relaxing with banter. Trust me its needed to make the modules even more enjoyable. Value for money is perfect compared to other known companies, but you do not forfit the quality of instruction as a result. I would highly recommend these guys. Thanks for getting me back on 2 wheels. The following day after passing I decided why wait. Buy this now and enjoy life 👍

I was very nervous because I am dyslexic and honestly, it is so hard to learn left and right and to follow instructions. But, with excellent instructions (I am dreaming Mark’s voice) my driving got much better. I highly recommend M&C! What a great experience! Thank you!

Mark is a great teacher and solid bloke. Picked up loads of tips and tricks. Mod 1 training on the Saturday all went great, Mark made it very simple and straightforward. Passed the test on the Wednesday, mod 2 wasn’t for another 4 weeks but Mark got me a cancellation for the next day! Started early took me through the routes and helped me smash through everything. Managed to get my A2 license within a week! Will be coming back in a few years for my A license. Couldn’t recommend enough, great fun experience and very competitive price! Thank you Mark! Oakley

Booked these guys for my wife's CBT motorcycle training and her MOD1 & 2, they were very helpful and helped put my wifes mind at ease and took the time to explain things to her in a way she would understand. She enjoyed every minute of her lessons and has now passed her full test and is raring to go on her own 2 wheels. They have a sense of humour but at the same time no when to be serious. My wife used their equipment and was more than comfortable using it all. Well worth the money we paid. Only 14 months and counting to go until we book our sons CBT with them when he comes of age. Thank you for all your help. We would and have already recommended to people.

After failing my mod 1 with another rubbish training school , I decided to change and I was recommended mark at m&c training . I can tell you mark is a brillant instructor. With four hours of training I passed my mod1 with a lot of confidence and success after good training on the ground of mc training and the week after with four hours of road riding, passed my mod 2 with success also. Do not go anywhere else mark is just the perfect instructor to give you all the confidence you need when you never ridden a motorbike. Now I can enjoy riding my moto guzzi V7. Thanks again mark for everything.

I was recommended M&C by a friend and after a phone call to Mark I instantly felt like I was in good hands. My training was done with both Jim & Mark and can honestly say the process was faultless. They both have a very calm and direct approach and I genuinely couldn't of asked for better instructors. Both are very approachable and its clear that they have a wealth of knowledge and experince. I have already recommended family and friends to get the DAS booked with M&C. Thank you so much lads

Did both my CBT and DAS through M&C Motorcycle Training based on a friend's suggestion and I'm glad I did. Thanks to Jim and Mark's excellent instruction and knowledge, I passed both my Mod1 and Mod2 tests first time. Great experience from start to finish and cannot recommend M&C Training enough! I completed the DAS in 5 days and passed all elements with no minors, despite having never sat on a bike before, testament to the superb training. Caroline took my CBT course, she was very relaxed in her tuition style and taught me everything I needed to know to progress to the road, I was initially quite worried about using the gears but Caroline put me at ease and made everything seem so simple. The bike I used was great and the all equipment was provided for me. Mark took me for my training prior to my MOD1 and MOD2, he was really knowledgeable in all aspects and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions. His tuition style was also very relaxed, correcting my riding and reassuring me when my driving style was correct. Mark made me feel very relaxed talking me through top tips prior to taking my exams which I think helped my nerves a lot! Mark was very flexible and allowed me to take my DAS over a few weeks so I didn’t have to take time off work and even got me through a lot quicker than expected! Overall a great family run business with genuinely nice instructors with your best interest at heart.

Happy to recommend MC Motorcycle training. I've not only enjoyed doing my DAS course and tests with them but I feel I have learnt so much more about riding. Mark is a fantastic teacher, he has lots of patience, humorously lets you know when you make a mistake and keeps you feeling safe 100% of the time. I don't often do Google reviews but MC Motorcycle Training get the big thumbs up from me.

Absolutely fantastic people, kind and friendly and deffiently know what they're doing. I did my CBT back in July time 2017 with Caroline Charles and passed first time. A2 Mod 1 and mod 2 I did with Mark, the location at Thorney Island is nice and big, really nice guy and I successfully passed first time for both mods. I fully recommend MC Motorcycle Training and will be happy to go with them again when I decide to get my full A licence. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable people, good instructors but poorly maintained and tatty bikes. Also found that the instructors could be very unprofessional at times.
