I had a great experience doing my CBT renewal with Khalil at Universal Motorcycle Training Eltham. Khalil was excellent at explaining each and every part of the training clearly and patiently. He’s very friendly, professional, and made everything easy to understand, even for a complete beginner. He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the course, and I learned a lot. Highly recommend Khalil and Universal Motorcycle Training to anyone looking to do their CBT.

I recently completed my motorcycle training with Mat and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Mat was incredibly patient and supportive, helping me build the confidence I needed to feel comfortable and ready for the road. I felt safe at all times throughout the training and truly appreciated his calm and encouraging approach. I can’t wait to return to learn geared bikes and to complete my full motorcycle licence.

I attended my CBT yesterday starting at 10am, and I would like to provide feedback on my experience so far. My instructor, Matt (apologies if the spelling is incorrect), has been excellent. He is professional, patient, and very approachable, making the training clear and easy to follow.
Matt explains each part of the training thoroughly and ensures that everyone understands the techniques and safety measures. His calm and supportive approach makes the learning environment very comfortable and confidence-building.
The facilities and equipment are well maintained, and the overall organisation of the session has been smooth and efficient. I feel positive about the training and look forward to continuing.

Fantastic CBT experience with Mat in Eltham!
I did my CBT in Eltham with Mat, and it was an absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Mat is a top-notch instructor — calm, patient, and really knows how to build your confidence on the bike. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood each step, and gave helpful feedback throughout the day.
The training was really well structured — a great mix of classroom learning and practical riding. I felt safe, supported, and genuinely enjoyed the whole experience. By the end of the day, I felt confident and fully prepared to head out on the road.
If you’re thinking about doing your CBT, I can’t recommend Mat in Eltham highly enough — professional, friendly, and an all-round great instructor!

I had a great experience with my CBT training. Matthew, the instructor, was both competent and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. His guidance wasn’t just about passing the CBT — I genuinely feel like the tips he shared will help improve my riding skills long term.
I was also glad to have secured a spot in the first group of the day, which meant I could get started right away without waiting around for two hours.
Overall, very happy with the training and would definitely recommend it.

Had a great CBT here, Matthew was very knowledgable and patient with teaching us. He put our nerves at ease with good humour whilst being supportive with any questions we might have and any issues we were facing!
He made sure we were safe on our road ride, and started to help us in making the good habits that will ultimately make us safer riders going forward.

You are learning from people who love what they are doing and do everything they can you make sure you pass safety. If it is your first time riding they have lessons to build your confidence and experience. They also have lessons to change for automatic to manual.
The instructors did everything they could to help with your progression. No matter what level of skill you are at. They share with you their experiences, their stories and ask about yours so that everyone can help each other through shared experiences. Share a laugh or two. It was my third time and he was able to make me learn more about being on the road. He helped to test me to see if I would be safe enough to pass the first license and gave advice on bad habits.
Great place. The space was nice, isolated and safe.

The day was well spent with a knowledgeable instructor. The instructor Matthew supported everyone and was legend doing it.
If you’re thinking about doing your CBT have a crack at it. I needed the training to be able to be road worthy and I booked my session literally the next day.
Overall, the instructor do not expect you to know everything and if you’re thinking about it just do it.

I had a good experience with instructor Noya and getting more clear about my test.
He guided me throughout the CBT test and give his best advice for the future.
I always remember his instructions when ride a motorcycle on road.

Noya is the most interesting and patient and professional instructor have ever known. Definitely a loss of every colleges to not hire him as a professor, otherwise I could guarantee that everyone would love learning

Noya was an amazing teacher and made me feel relaxed during my training.
Unfortunately I did not pass my CBT today, however, Noya was great at making me feel comfortable, hearing my frustrations/struggles & directing me in the correct way forward. He is very knowledgeable and taught me lots of information within & outside of the Highway Code, as well as his telling us his personal experiences to ensure we are riding safe.
I will be back to see Noya when I am ready to come back for my CBT :)

It is a very good school. I did training on the manual motorcycle and passed. Instructor Paul was helpful and encouraging. I appreciate that he didn’t stress us but gave us freedom so we could perform better. Thank you!

Noya was absolutely fabulous!!! I would always recommend him until my last day. Very patient and knows how to explain what’s all about.
