Completed my CBT with Harleys Edinburgh and so glad I chose them! The free first lesson I felt was invaluable on helping get a bit of extra experience with bike controls before training day and Stu is perfect at identifying struggle points and spending individual time until you get it. The CBT day was very professionally run (with lots of laughs!), no detail spared to ensure you are as prepared as possible to go out on the road. As someone with a lot of general anxiety I was grateful to Stu, Ben and Tommy for making me feel at ease and understanding every student is an individual with different learning styles; they adapt to suit you and get you where you need to be. Looking forward to continuing my journey to a full licence with Harleys :)

My experience with the CBT test at this particular institution was nothing short of disappointing. The instructor, particularly Ben, exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism. His use of inappropriate language during teaching was not only unbecoming but also highly unprofessional. It made the learning environment uncomfortable and distracting. Moreover, the teaching methods employed were far from effective. The concepts were not adequately explained, and it felt like the instructor was more interested in proving a point than helping the students grasp the material. I must say, amidst the chaos, there was one staff member who demonstrated a genuine interest in helping the students. However, the majority of the staff appeared to be argumentative and disinterested in addressing our concerns. This negative atmosphere greatly contributed to the overall worst experience I've had in a learning environment. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this CBT test institution to anyone. The unprofessional behavior of the instructor, the lack of proper teaching methods, the argumentative staff, and the overall disregard for students' time and money have left me thoroughly disappointed. I strongly advise anyone considering this institution to look elsewhere for a more worthwhile and respectful learning experience.

Came here in June to do my CBT. They asked what vehicle I was planning on riding and set me up on the same size for my training. Had Stuart (I think, terrible with names), he was very friendly and encouraging. Very positive. Tells you how the day will go and whats to be done. They are cheaper than other Edinburgh ones, easier to book on too.

Started my training in Edinburgh at the end of April. Completed my CBT with Stuart who was an excellent teacher, he really knows his stuff and made learning a fun experience. Then I went on to do my DAS with Ben who was equally as great. I passed everything first time and now have my unrestricted licence as of today 15th May. I was able to do this because so fast because of their training but also Ben working out time slots to fit me in around my busy schedule. Thoroughly enjoyed my training at Harleys Edinburgh; we all had a good laugh! P.s thanks for all the coffees/cakes guys! 🏍️💨🔥🔥

Ben and Stuart make Harley's the best. It was daunting taking on a new challenge and I didn't know what to expect of it. From the get go, I was completely welcomed at the school. Every time I've travelled in from Glasgow it's been a good laugh, with solid progress being made towards a pass. I sat my CBT in October and comfortably passed this May. Both instructors have made lots of time for me, I've never felt condescended to and everything they've taught me has brought me closer to passing through understanding and respect. Anyone thinking of taking it on shouldn't look any further than Harley's. Thanks for the fantastic time!
