Excellent Training Genuinely one of the nicest experiences I had with any sort of instruction. Came in a bit nervous, as most people would, but our instructor Mr.ed was so friendly And When we are on road training he was ask me Everytime Are You Happy. He was friendly from the get go and had a set of one the best teaching skills I have seen. Everything was explained so well and all you have to do is just listen and you would be sure to pass. If you are looking for somewhere where you will not just get a certificate but learn everything to be safe and be in a friendly environment then this is the place. It seems my decision to do the CBT course with Universal Motorcycle Training was the BEST IDEA! I am extremely pleased with the certificate obtained. From the beginning, after I registered online for the course, I was notified by SMS and Email about the detailed information about what exactly was going to happen on May 1, 2023. What's more, they called me two days before by phone to remind me about my course that was going to happen soon. The course started at 8 am, and lasted until 5 pm, Instructor DEZ showed up even earlier than the announced time and very politely checked our documents, after which the theory part of the CBT course followed. The instructor guided us and explained a lot of interesting things related to the secrets of the motorcyclist on the road, what are the rules and helped us to perceive and understand the risk, but also the benefits of life on a motorcycle. Everything was very professional and we managed to assimilate a lot of information beneficial to our safety. Then in the second part of the day we practically drove the motorcycle around the city, with a radio communication system between the students and the instructor, so that it would be easy for the instructor to teach us, explain to us and guide us to comply with the traffic law in order to be safe always. We were all very satisfied with his explanations, the patience he showed, and the knowledge of the instructor who showed extraordinary professionalism. I highly recommend this new rider training school. Did my CBT with Ed who was a very good trainer. He doesn’t talk much but his straight to the point and thorough. I started my training at 10am and it finished around 4:30pm. The first part of the day we spent in the car park doing some basic riding around cones and going through some important road rules in a class and the second part of the day we were mainly riding on road with Ed guiding and observing us. Was such a fun day!! Been wanting my bike licence for so long and the team made it a breeze. When you think about licences you think oh so serious and scary but my instructor made it so fun. The day went by so fast and even with it raining briefly at one point no one cared because we we’re all having fun. I dont recall the name of my instructor but he was from Portugal and ever so kind.

Passed my Module 1 test today at second attempt both times with Sean.I got some good tips for the hazard avoidance from Sean and that helped me pass. Passed my module2 today first time with no riding faults.Sean the instructor took us round the test routes and explained the different areas we had to look out for on the test day and during the mod 2 training day. Listen to what your instructor is telling you and take on bard any criticism and you will pass.I’d like to thank Sean for helping me get my license.I don’t think I would have passed without all the great teaching.

Very good instructors. I was trained mostly by Sean, but had assistance from most of the instructors, it was only with their patience and good training that I was able to pass my test. I hadn't really ridden before but managed to pass both my mod 1 and mod 2 first time. I am sure this is because of the expert tuition I received.

Universal Motorcycle Training is hands down, one of the best motorcycle training schools in London! Upon initial call with the reception I have received a very warm welcome from the lady who was insightful and patient to provide a clear breakdown of the Mod 2 training & exam costs, as well as to explain further details on what to expect and what the course involved. Regarding training itself - I had an opportunity to work with three amazing instructors - Mario, Disraeli and Ryan; all of which have been extremely professional and knowledgeable in their craft, backed by a large number of years of experience behind their belt. After completing two days of training I felt fully comfortable and confident in taking my exam which I am happy to say I have passed quite easily! Lastly, for all of the motorcycle fans there, it is also important to note that this school is using newest models of Yamaha MT-07s (2019) as well as BMW GS, which are every well maintained and looked after. So riding such impeccable machine during training and exam made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

From the people in the office when making the booking, to each of the instructors on the CBT, MOD 1 and MOD 2, everyone I dealt with at Universal was great. Quality of the lessons was awesome, with lots of personal attention to make sure you’re progressing as needed. My boyfriend had appointment for module 2 test today and I called on his behalf,on Monday, to try and change the date because he had high temperature and he couldn't move from the bed and their answer was you cannot change the date because you need 10 days in advance!I feel that being really sick was not in his control and he didn't know he was gonna be sick.We are very disappointed,after being a truly loyal customer for many years!Also from now on please none of you gets sick otherwise you're going to lose your money.

I went from being a complete novice to getting my full A license with these guys. I trained with Marco, Vincent, Ryan & Mario and I would highly recommend any of them. Definitely worth it, and their training is spot on. Many people travel from far to train with these guys and you can see why. The also have top of the line new bikes which makes the test that much easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone from a novice, to an experienced rider looking for their full license.

I can without doubt say that my CBT with Jorge was one of the best experiences I’ve had in terms of learning how to ride a scooter. It felt almost I’ve had an 1-2-1 instructor. Came here to renew my CBT and was happy that I was allowed to ride my own bike and wear my own gear. Was in a group with some first time riders and the instructor was very good at showing and explaining everything, as well as being very patient with any students who struggled. For me, he was very respectful of the fact that I was there to renew my CBT so I already knew to ride and give good advise, rather than instructions, as well as allowing me to do the exercises in the way that I am used to out on the road. Will definitely be coming back here when it's time for my full licence.

Great customer service, high level training. Mr Vicent the instructor is very friendly and also answered all the questions asked about the CBT and full motor license. During the CBT training, he explained all our weakness on riding and what it is needed to make it better. Facilities are good, universal premises are very good in general. The wearing equipemnt are very clean and proper one to wear. Scooters as 100cc which counts as a good help during the riding. I recommend 110% Universal.

I renewed my CBT on Saturday. I brought along my friend, who successfully passed his CBT first time round. I recommened universal motorcycle trtraining to him. The insrtuctor on the day was Vicente, he was very enthusiastic, supportive and paid a lot of attention to detail when explaining. He also tried his best to calm down new riders nerves. I have already recommeded two other friends last year and continue to do so, I always feel comfortable and confident with the universal team! I'm super happy to leave a five start review to Universal Motorcycle Training! I came to this training centre after a bad experience doing a CBT course at aanother training centre in East Ham. At Universal I've found the most professional and prepared instructors I could have asked for. I initially did a private two-hours lesson with Rashid, such a patient and encouraging instructor that helped me grow my confidence. Lovely Vicky booked me in for my CBT two weeks after. I did the training with Mario, which proved to be the most motivating and prepared instructor ever! The training went really well. The theory part was detailed and well presented on a huge screen, the practical training never felt rushed and every exercise was explained thoroughly, and the road part felt very safe and controlled despite the rain. I'm happy I did my CBT at Universal and I'm planning to continue my training with them as soon as I'll feel ready. A big THANK YOU!

I came to Universal Motorcycle Training as a complete novice having not ridden any sort of bike for about 10 years with the aim to pass the full DAS course. I took the ITM (beginners) with Vince on a geared ed 125, followed by my CBT with Justin - very very friendly and informative instructors. After this, I booked in my Module 1 and Module 2 tests. After many many cancellations of module due to weather and ice, I finally ended up passing my Mod 1 and Mod 2 on the same day (not recommended as you may lose the test fee for Mod 2)! The ladies upstairs were incredibly helpful and efficient in rebooking cancelled tests. Over the course I had lessons with Justin, Mario and Ryan. All instructors constantly gave me good solid advice on how to improve my riding to ensure I would pass. They don’t miss anything! I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole school and couldn’t recommend them enough! I would advise to use the Uxbridge test center if possible!

I have booked for for an assessment day and got the confirmation through an email and text message. Took me 45 minutes to drive there and had to wait for about an hour after telling them I'm here and waiting for the instructor. A very rude instructor showed up to tell me that he does not have any booking in his diary. And if I wait to do the assessment session I had to wait...... so rude and time wasting. Don't even think of going there.

I did the gear conversion day with Ed and then four days of training and the tests for Mods 1 and 2 with Philippe, all within the space of a week. Passed the tests first time but more than that, the training really was great and prepared me well for being on a bigger bike.
