About Target 22 Motorcycle Training- Dinton

Target 22 offer a friendly, professional approach to motorcycle training across Dorset and the surrounding counties, with a strong focus on real-world riding and building confident, safe riders. Their “real riders on real roads” mindset is a great fit for learners who want practical coaching that prepares them for everyday riding — not just passing a test. Whether you’re completely new to motorcycling or returning after time away, their instructors emphasise personal coaching, local road knowledge, and a supportive, no-pressure environment.

Target 22 provide CBT training for new riders getting started, as well as full licence training for those progressing onto their A1, A2, or A licence routes. Their calm, structured style of teaching is ideal for learners who want to build confidence steadily and properly understand the road, rather than being rushed through the process.

A standout feature is Target 22’s neurodiverse-inclusive training approach, supporting riders who may be autistic, have ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, anxiety, PTSD, or simply benefit from a more patient and structured learning experience. This is a genuinely positive offering that makes training more accessible and welcoming, while still keeping standards high and rider safety at the centre.

I honestly can’t thank Target 22 Motorcycle Training enough. I’d never ridden a bike before and had always been told I was too small. I’m 5ft tall, and when I asked if I could try sitting on the bike, they were really supportive — and I fit nicely, which was such a confidence boost for anyone small like me. I have ADHD and autism, so I learn differently and at my own pace, and after some not-so-great experiences elsewhere I was starting to lose confidence. They even allowed me to do a taster day before my pre-CBT, which really helped calm my nerves and build my confidence from the start. They were patient, kind, and genuinely understanding, adapting everything to suit me and never once making me feel like I couldn’t do it. The encouragement and support meant more than I can explain. I passed my CBT today and I’m over the moon. If you’re neurodivergent or worried about learning, this is the place to go. Thank you so much — you’ve made a huge difference. They do 1 to 1 training aswell!!🙂😁
