I’m a new rider with no previous riding experience and decided to start riding a motorbike a month ago.
Being a very nervous and anxious individual and also aware that I am a complete beginner, I was greeted with the utmost kindness and support from my very first ITM course to my CBT. Rodrigo was my instructor for these courses and he has helped me so much during this new journey of mine by providing the best advice, support, training and developing the skills needed to be a safe rider. The staff behind the bookings/ admin were incredibly helpful and every single one of them at UMT was extremely professional and provided the best customer experience, which helped me boost my confidence throughout the process from the moment I started, and I would like to thank Carolina for that as she was absolutely incredible throughout the process and even helped me with the clothing gear and equipment I had to make sure were up to standards for these courses.
Rodrigo is a very kind, positive person and extremely calm and supportive which helped me massively in understanding the responsibility of riding a motorcycle by raising perception and awareness, critical thinking, safe riding, but also the fun side and freedom that riding a motorcycle is. I loved it from the very start.
CBT is a crucial step in developing the basic skills to safely ride on the road and Rodrigo made sure I was guided through the entire process until I was ready to be on the road.
I can’t thank you all enough.. This was like one of my best adventures!

Excellent CBT driving course and instructor Rodrigus Ramos. Site was very good.
Was not pushy, weather was good. Group of 4 other people. Different levels of learning and expertise.
Course was taught correctly and within government guidelines.

Rodrigo Ramos is a truly amazing instructor.
He was extremely polite and helpful, can not express in words!
It was a hot day with 32/33 degrees, the centre had all new and clean equipments.
The entire experience was so seamless and brilliant, Rodrigo explained everything to me in the most effiecient way.
Would highly recommend everyone to book him, specifically ask for him when you make a booking! He was immensely supportive and made the entire process easy and simple.

So my experience was really good to get CBT. Sir Rodrigo was really good as he taught me everything. It was my first time and its a really good experience. I would recommend everyone to go with it as the man himself is very kind and good.

I recently completed my CBT at Universal Motorcycle Training and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The facilities are top-notch, featuring a comfortable classroom with air conditioning, spotless toilets, and refreshments available throughout the day. They provide all the necessary safety equipment, including brand new gloves, jackets, and vests. The motorcycles and helmets are also brand new, ensuring a safe and enjoyable riding experience.
Having done CBT courses elsewhere, I can confidently say that Universal Motorcycle Training stands out from the rest. The quality of their equipment and facilities is unmatched.
A special mention goes to Jon, the instructor. His professionalism and helpfulness made the training session both informative and enjoyable. 2ND OF JULY I did my CBT renewal with Mr RODRIGO RAMOS really it was very very enjoyable and comfortable .I learn so many things from Mr RAMOS .really his teaching quality is very high .he is the best instructor ever I seen and his way of teaching is best .I ask him so many things and he teach me everything. It all going wonderfully. Instructor is very helpful and explains every bites and pieces in details. Give answers to all of my questions and help me through all possible conduction.
Personally recommend this Universal motorcycle training center to those who also can’t speak English I talk to the instructor and they said they have different languages courses also available so fill free to contact this training centre.
