I recently bought a motorcycle from John Banks Honda and can honestly say the whole experience was perfect. Great communications, friendly and knowledgeable staff and, above all honest and reliable. I will certainly be back in the future for servicing and for another new bike when the time comes.

Very professional and great communications. The staff are all friendly and attentive. I'm very happy with the work done on my bike and the advice given regarding a few minor tweaks I wanted done. Will be booking in again soon and will happily recommend this dealership to other riders. I give them 4.5 stars ... would have given the full 5 stars but a lack of courtesy bikes for service customers is somewhat disappointing - hopefully that changes in future - this is the first dealership I've visited in many years that doesn't offer courtesy bikes.

Phoned up last week to get a trade in valuation as was considering a new bike, my call was received by Matt, I found him such a pleasure to deal with and have to say he really understood my needs. Without hesitation he increased the valuation as it wasn’t quite enough for me, he also waived some costs and we struck a deal.
From order to delivery (which was very fast) the whole process was really pleasant and simple, the bike was received in immaculate condition and even the delivery guy wanted to make sure I was very happy with it.
Matt is not a pushy salesman at all and in fact one of the best sales people I have dealt with, he clearly has a passion for the product and definitely cares about the customer leaving feeling content with their deal/purchase.

What a fantastic team!
I bought a new Rebel 1100 DCT from the folks here, and had such a smooth, satisfying experience with everyone I came across.
From sales, to service and the shop crew, I was always given the time to talk and get advice, and that included members who I wasn't meant to be interacting with, including a spontaneous tour of the newly set up site.
I've since added over 2000 miles to the bike, riding through 7 countries across Europe and couldn't be happier with the bike and the purchase and service experience I had. I'll be back here for the next bike.

Outstanding service today , above and beyond , I popped my 2014 Honda NC750X in to have a bit of work due to a Honda recall. I had noticed that the bike was a little squirraly riding to Colchester and was going to stop at a petrol station to check the tyre pressure on the way home.
The mechanic doing the recall work checked the tyre pressure , without being asked , and topped the air up . Well done , please thank the mechanic , excellent service 👍

Very pleasant experience purchasing my forza350. Dealt with two different sales staff on two occasions. Neither Tim or James were in any way pushy but we're both very helpful. I had the bike delivered and the bearded chap that arrived with it was an absolute diamond. He took time to show me how to operate the machine in an unhurried manner which was most appreciated. Sorry I can't remember his name but ten out of ten. Many thanks.

Just popped in to see their new Colchester showroom (normally use Bury St Edmunds) today. Very impressive showroom and I was particularly pleased with the welcoming attitude by the staff member I met. I will use this location for my future services and future purchases.

Honda motorcycle booked in for 2x new tyres, would have been 5x stars if the booking hadn't been pushed back by 1x day they day prior to my booking. Luckily I wasn't a major problem for me to accommodate but it may have caused issues for others customers. Other than that, the actual face to face customer service was very good. They made me feel looked after. Will 100% use them again.

Excellent professional and honest service.
