CBT training is often called a CBT test, but there is technically no test. CBT stands for Compulsory Basic Training. It is a one-day course that usually takes between six and eight hours. The aim is to ensure you can ride safely and independently.
To take a CBT test in Bicester, you’ll need a valid UK provisional licence or UK full driving licence.
Whether you want to ride a moped or a motorcycle, you must complete CBT to get a bike licence.
The day is split into five parts. Four take place off road, and the final part is a road ride where your instructor checks that you can ride safely.
