I traveled from London to Brighton to pass my CBT with them, and I don't regret it at all because it was so enriching in terms of driving and information,
The instructor was super friendly, very experienced, and very professional. He puts his candidates at ease.

Both instructors were great, really helpful and easy to learn from. Even though it was raining all day they still made it fun and gave good advise. The roads we practiced on was very good for beginners compared to other places I’ve used before. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be using them again for a CBT if I don’t go for my full licence

GREATTTT DAY AND PASSED MY CBT
Martin was amazing, he was very very patient, made me fell relax when nervous about learning something, made me fell comfortable asking questions , when i thought it was silly questions..
I learned alot , i came in not knowing anything about motorbike, and left knowing it all .
He teached us inside a closed area first with cones, very informative, learned alot about helmets, motorbikes and gear ! Very very informative
After learned basic controls, manoeuvres, U-Turns, and much more
After we went out for a ride, took us to a coffee place, had something nice to eat and great chat ! After we left and continued our journey.
I did everything right, only thing was me forgetting the blinker ahaha ….
But end if the day i passed and i now can ride a motorcycle safely!
Thank you so much for all the patience and the joke all day ! Had me laughing!

Training that day was in Woodingdean so easy commute for anyone local to Brighton and hove. Upon arrival there was a friendly and especially witty atmosphere with many laughs and welcoming approval. The instructors were very appreciative of all backgrounds and skills and trained us in a friendly and encouraging way. The whole day was a great learning experience especially in the progression to real road riding. Who doesn’t want to be safe? Would recommend to anyone in Brighton who wants a reliable and applicable training experience :) ;)

Passed CBT today. Martin was an exceptional instructor. Also kindly provided help and advise about Direct Access Full Licence and even loaned a 125cc for a week to practice at a reasonable price. . Very happy highly recommended 👍 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Passed my cbt at the weekend and couldn't ask for a better instructor, Martin was fantastic very patient and explained what to do very clearly and told lots of jokes to make everyone feel very calm. When out on the road he gave very clear instructions on where we was going and what we needed to do. Passed my CBT today with Martin and honestly had such a fun day! Martin was great at explaining what we had to do and was patient with us all and when we went on the road he talked us through everything , he even cracked a few jokes on the ride which helped to keep us calm and enjoy the ride. Would 100% recommend.

As someone who is incredibly anxious on the roads, I was so glad to have used Alt. motorcycle training. Martin was a fantastic instructor and helped me get over my nerves. Would highly recommend!
P.S. if you are a nervous driver/get tired easily, do get the "day 2" extra in case you need it to save a few quid. CBT is a long day if it's your first time, especially when it's hot.

Great day's training with Steve. I'd done a CBT years ago and had nowhere near as much fun, more importantly however I learned new skills even as someone with plenty of miles of experience. Would whole heartedly recommend the school to new and experienced riders alike. Will be going back for my DAS very soon.

Great experience with Alternative Motorcycle Training, i had such an in-depth and thorough course with impeccable standard for safety and overall just a brilliant CBT experience.
They advised me on what gear to wear, and provided me with the gear I didn’t have for my session. They gave me very important life saving skills and techniques and the bikes / equipment they provide are great. I Am excited that I passed my CBT and also grateful for the important lessons I learnt today. Amazing all-round and definitely recommend for anyone trying to learn to ride a motorbike. Coming from no motorcycle experience, I was taught everything I needed to know for riding and to feel safw, and now feel more than safe riding alone. Completed my CBT and will for sure be coming back to learn manual and more!

Martin gave me some great advice on what I needed to do to get myself started. Unfortunately his site for cbt's is not currently available, otherwise I would have gone with him, but he still helped me understand the legal and practical aspects of motorcycle training.
