Two Wheels: Our Charity Partner Using Motorcycles to Deliver Life-Saving Healthcare

At RideTo, we believe motorcycles have the power to change lives - and not just through the freedom of the open road. That’s why we’re proud to support Two Wheels For Life, a UK-based charity doing incredible work across Africa by making healthcare accessible to remote communities.

Motorcycles That Save Lives

In areas where the nearest clinic can be a day's walk away - or further - motorcycles offer more than convenience. They’re essential. Two Wheels helps health workers reach people who would otherwise go without care, funding programmes that use motorcycles to deliver vaccines, transport test samples, and carry patients safely to clinics.

But this work goes far beyond just supplying bikes.

Health Workers Across Africa Need to Learn to Ride Too

Through their partnership with Riders for Health, Two Wheels supports the training of local health professionals - nurses, doctors, and outreach workers - not only in how to ride, but how to maintain their motorcycles so they stay road-ready in the most demanding conditions.

Riders are also given access to fuel and servicing support, helping them cover long distances with confidence and keep vital healthcare systems running, no matter how remote the location.

Introducing: The Coast to Coast Charity Ride

To raise awareness and funds for Two Wheels, we’re hitting the road with a challenge that proves big adventures don’t need big bikes.

From Brighton Pier to John O’Groats, three riders will take on over 800 miles in just four days - on 125cc motorcycles. It’s called the Coast to Coast Charity Ride, and it’s our way of showing what small bikes (and bold riders) can really do.
