Jake Tindall

Jake has been riding for 10 years, originally starting out with a love for cruisers he now rides an Indian FTR 1200s. He has a huge love for motorcycle racing, avidly following BSB, WSBK and MotoGP. After an accident in 2018, Jake decided to use the insurance payout to springboard into building motorcycles (well, taking them apart at least).

Through 2021 Jake has pursued becoming a better more well-rounded rider, getting involved in track days and experience days. He now has his sights set on racing in the 2022 season.

Tony Walters

Growing up, Tony's heroes were Barry Sheene and Evil Knievel so riding motorbikes was an inevitable consequence, but a road licence didn’t come until later in life.

He’s a lover of anything two-wheeled but spends most of his riding time exploring the East Anglian Countryside on his KTM790 Adventure.

Tony started a motorcycle-based YouTube channel a few years ago (Man Cave Moto), which means he gets to ride lots of different bikes and review loads of gear and accessories. This gives him a real insight into what does and more importantly does not work for bikers.

Tony's plan is to do more touring and tick off the iconic routes, roads and trails that the UK and Europe has to offer.

Sarah Hickinbotham

Sarah first took to two wheels as a pillion rider, enjoying school runs on the back of her dad's classic Suzuki GS850. In the two years since acquiring her full license, she's covered 15,000 miles along the length and breadth of the UK upon her trusty Triumph Street Scrambler and has plans afoot for cross-Channel adventures in 2022.

Now, as a contributor to RideTo, the former newspaper reporter combines her love of all things motorcycling and a passion for writing and research.

Phil Jones

Phil fell in love with motorcycles from an early age and became completely obsessed with them after discovering motorcycle Daredevils, Evel Knievel, and Britain’s equivalent, Eddie Kidd.

Phil originally started riding off-road and now rides a Triumph Speed Triple 1050 S. Phil’s other passion in life is photography which is also his full-time job.

Working as a commercial photographer for many years, Phil now loves to combine his two favourite passions and loves photographing all things motorcycles when he’s not riding them.

Matt Kinley - RideTo Writer

Matt has been on 2 wheels since he was 17. Growing up in the Norfolk countryside, his love all began with classics & enduros. As he got older, his interest for custom motorcycles grew fonder, as did his passion for showcasing the culture surrounding them.

As a photographer and content creator, Matt began sharing his work and his moto journey through his socials. From customising his dream sled with his current ride, the Triumph Scrambler 1200, and then it riding 2000 miles wild camping with his partner on the back, to attending awesome events such as Malle Festival.

Matt is looking to explore more, learn new skills off the pavement, and come out of his comfort zone in 2022.
