Book your CBT training today — the first step to freedom, fun and cheaper, faster travel.

Why Ride?

Riding isn’t just transport, it’s freedom.

✅ Beat the traffic and cut your commute time

✅ Save money on fuel and insurance compared to driving

✅ Tube strikes? No problem

✅ Explore the open road on weekends

✅ Ride solo or with friends

With a CBT certificate, you could be on the road within days, riding your own 125cc motorbike.

What’s a "CBT"?

The Compulsory Basic Training is your gateway to riding. It’s not a scary test — it’s a day of training with a friendly instructor.

By the end of the day, most riders get their CBT certificate and can legally ride with L plates.

FAQs

Can I do a CBT with no prior experience?

Yes! Most riders start with zero bike experience. Your instructor will take it step by step until you’re confident, which could just be one day training or could take several.

What do I need to take the CBT test?

You'll need a valid UK licence, either a full driving licence or a provisional licence.
