Did my cbt training with wm which was fine then went to do bike training with Steve. No complaints there he is a very good instructor and I enjoyed the lessons.
My only gripe is the length of time for retest (failed both mod1&2 first time) and the time for retest was in excess of two months for both. Another student who failed his mod1 the same day I passed was given a retest the following week but I had to wait and even after calling twice to let Steve know that I couldn't make the new date he had given me via voicemail it still took two months for him to reply. I eventually left the training school and took my retest with a different riding school who offered me a dozen test dates and guaranteed to get a retest done within the month if needed.
I am aware if the issues DVLA have with a back log of test dates for cars but still am disappointed with the way things were handled by wm. when I told Steve I was going with a different school he didn't even seem bothered or apologetic but maybe that's just my take on it.
Personally from my own experience I would not recommend or use them again.

I have bought both of my motorcycles from here and the service has been excellent. Even got my MOT done recently, which was fast and efficient. The staffs have been super helpful every time . Wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a motorcycle

Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking to do your CBT and want to build some proper confidence on the bike. Me and my mate were lucky enough to have Big Mike as our instructor (also known as the colourful instructor), and he was absolutely brilliant. Really knows his stuff and has a great way of helping you feel more confident while giving proper, constructive feedback. He’s the kind of instructor who knows just how to push you in the right direction. Couldn’t rate him higher.
It was our first time on a bike, and by the end of the day, we honestly didn’t want the ride to end.

Id firstly like to pre-fix this with the fact that there isn't enough characters to show my positivity towards these guys and their business.
Firstly, Lessons: Steve taught my dad how to ride many moons ago, and he's still riding nearly 20+ years later. I have done my CBT, A2 and full A license with Steve. Fantastic instructor, very educational and his experience radiates through his teaching. Straight passes all through my tests, with great feedback when each lesson concluded.
Secondly, Purchases: I've bought two bikes and sold two bikes with Wallasey MC. Couldn't have made the process any painless. I received an honest trade value for my bikes and good discount as appreciation for doing all my training with them. Since purchasing my current bike, I've returned numerous times for bits and pieces. They always have what I need.
Thirdly, workshop: I've had a little bit of warranty work done on a bike, MOTs and advisory work. No complaints in the work, I just have to give it a clean afterwards. Although, brake dust on the wheels makes me want to clean my bike entirely.
The staff are friendly and very relaxed, I could not recommend this shop any more than I know how to put across to whoever reads this. They are brilliant.

I completed my CBT, Mod 1, and Mod 2 here through the Direct Access Scheme, and really couldn't fault the whole process.
CBT was professional, and left me feeling confidence on the roads.
Steve is an absolute gentleman, and was phenomenal at all aspects of training. Mod 1 training was thorough, and Steve's way of training helped me pass first time.
He has a way of teaching that caters to exactly what you are lacking. You will spend a few hours in the actual test center, which just makes the test... easy.
Moving onto Mod 2; I passed with flying colours, zero faults, and rode away a more confident rider. I went into this one a nervous wreck, but the couple of hours of training beforehand, around the roads local to the test center helped massively.
Again, I can only thank Steve for his magical way of training riders. He has a passion for it, and it really shows.
The level of professionalism is outstanding, from the sales, to the training, and from what I've heard, the workshop. I'll be using this place for years to come for any biking needs!
I'm going to miss tagging along on the rides! The Llangollen ride out was a perfect experience of everything in one session.

Instructor Big MIke and the team at WM were absolutely fantastic. I felt supported and safe while completing my CBT and I can see myself being a long term customer here.
I struggle with ADHD and Mike delivered the training in a way that was digestible for me and helped me feel confident enough to get out on the road.
I was expecting to feel intimidated taking this course having never touched a bike before, but the reality was a stark contrast.

If there were more than 5 stars I could give, I would. Big Mike was the most patient man ever teaching this bag of nerves! He never gave up on me even when I wanted to give up on myself.
