Had Mick for my cbt, absolutely loved it, firm but fair guy and knows what he’s talking about , helped me build confidence throughout the day, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Just passed my CBT today. Kyle (the instructor) was just amazing, very professional super supportive. Made us all feel very comfortable and confident as well. He supported each of the students individually and at their own pace. As a first timer on a motorbike he made me feel comfortable and confident straight away from the beginning and made sure we all understood the rules and the highway codes, the equipment as well as the motorbike. Then we all took turns on the practical session with him first showing us what we needed to do and what would be wrong and right. I definitely recommend it and will surely go back there to complete my full license. Keep up the professionalism and the great work.

Genuinely cannot thank Mark & Kyle enough for all their help on getting me on the road and passing my CBT on a geared bike because I'm stubborn🤣 can't recommend these guys more for your training & guidance. & you'll definitely have more than enough laughs with them

Mick was an excellent teacher and really patient with everyone, giving us individual manouvres to practice based on what he thought we needed. He was also really knowledgeable, funny and friendly! thanks again Mick

Brilliant teachers Kind and understanding also good banter you cant ask for more, they have Taught me how to ride and be safe on the roads also take the time to explain so you understand how you can do better mark and simon are really good teachers i cant thank them enough For what they have taught me thank you.

3 stars might be 5 with another instructor but the one I had is a 3, racist comments, passive aggressive and “had somewhere else to be”. That out the way on road instructions were nice and mostly calm even after I got flustered from receiving my first wind buffeting from an artic in a 40 road. If you’re a young lad wanting to get your cbt done I can recommend them but beyond that I’d find some where a bit more professional.

I did my CBT on 30.09.22 with Mike and I never had any experience on a motorbike. He was absolutely fantastic and could not recommend anyone better. He was so great with giving tips and how you could improve. I was a bit nervous as our of the whole 4 people, I was the only one on a motorbike so I had to think about clutch / gears. Overall, I passed it with ease and gained so much confidence thanks to Mike. Great company to definitely consider your motorbike lessons / CBT / DAS.
Definitely will be coming back very soon for my DAS

Did both pre CBT and CBT with these guys (at their Royston site) and it was a great experience all round. Had different instructors for all three experiences (Paula and Simon for my pre CBTs and Alan for the CBT) but I found the approach consistent throughout. I was even contacted by Sarah when there was a cancellation and got CBT a week earlier. Keep up the good work guys. I'll be sending my husband along for his training shortly.

Still remember the day I done my cbt best instructor was my 1st time and the man was so helpful cant say a bad word and im from the northeast and I'm definitely coming back to do my here again! Best about i say..

My partner bobby went here yesterday…, he passed which is a relief😅… but from me booking test on phone has pleasant the lady was and explained everything to me even reminding us of when test was before hand, was helpful…
During test instructor ALAN i think his name is was helpful and amazing, simple to understand, helpful, insightful cant ask for a better guy polite

Passed my cbt few weeks ago. Had instructor Mick who was great at explaining things and giving tips how to ace the maneuvers.

Had a couple of lessons and completed CBT training for a geared motorbike. Had 3 instructors Paula and Simon for lessons and Mick for cbt, all brilliant in explaining, patience and encouragement. Excellent service. Thank you all. Xx

My CBT went really well I've never been on a motorcycle before and was a little nervous my instructor Mark Lavery of S & K motorcycle training had me riding a manual bike with confidence in a very small amount of time. The information and advice that he passed to me was extremely helpful as well as way he managed to break each part down for the young lad with us was brilliant. I would strongly recommend Mark Lavery.

Passed my CBT today at ride on motorcycle training, had a great instructor, explained everything that was expected for a successful out come at the end of the day. Very clear instructions given during pad work and during on the road training.
Would defiantly recommend any one to take there CBT training at ride on motorcycle training.

My son lost his CBT certificate. We contacted the company for a replacement and was told the fee would be £50 to get this replaced when the DVSA quite clearly stated no more than £20 should be charged.
I politely brought this up and was told to "ring Simon and argue this out with him later'
I have no issue paying for a replacement, he shouldn't have lost the original, however we won't be hassled into paying more than guidelines state.
Her reason being was that she struggled to find them ?
Maybe a better filing system is required by this company.
The date his cbt was completed was given to this lady numerous times. Surely all paperwork should be kept in order therefore making it easier to find?
I explained there's no argument needed because it's government guidelines.
In the end I got the DVSA involved and all communication was sent to DVSA.
Customer service at this place is shocking along with their attitude.
We won't be using them again.
If you need a replacement Certificate be sure you're not told to pay more than necessary and contact DVSA because they are now monitoring the situation.

Had my CBT today 16/01/2022 Mick the instructor was brilliant a real credit to this company he explained everything that was needed to do and best of all had a laugh along the way all I can say is thanks Mick your a star keep up the good work all the best would highly recommend this company

Left a one star rating, didn't want to but had no other choice. The most unprofessional and arrogant trainer, He had zero patience and wanted me to get things perfect first time everytime, knowing I had very little experience on a scooter and also made me very anxious when I told him I suffer with anxiety and lack of confidence his reply was “I don't care”. He also made sexist jokes about women. All in all the company is completely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend dealing with these people at all.
