Just did my CBT with Ian, Rachel and Daniel. As a novice who had never been on a motorbike previously, the team made me feel super comfortable and gave me lots of confidence. A great team, they’re all super experienced and fun. Loved the day! Highly recommend.

A fantastic experience with a great team of people. Over the course of 5 days I got my CBT, mod 1 and mod 2 tests prepared and passed first time. The teaching is very well structured and Ian and Mark are both great instructors adapting the sessions to your needs. Couldn't recommend them more!

I got my CBT and A2 license with them. They are very professional, good and helping people which helped me to pass recently my A2 license. Ian is the best instructor you can have to get on a motorcycle, as he teaches you how to ride safely and effectively. Rachel is the most professional manager which helps to make your timetable work for you. The most important, reminds you to take all your documents and the time to be at the unit for the next lesson. All the other team members are friendly and nice. Prices are acceptable as well and overall experience is amazing. Thank you.

My girlfriend and I recently passed our mod 1 and mod 2 tests and also did our cbt with these excellent people, extremely knowledgeable, confidence giving, absolutely brilliant fun, all members of the team helping you any way they can, loved the experience. Mark was our teacher and couldn’t have illustrated absolute safety whilst making it enjoyable more clearly, will recommend to anyone!

I have just spent the day with the 121 team completing my CBT. I would thoroughly recommend them. There training is excellent , explanations are clear and they spend time with each of you for that 1 to 1 training. I felt like I was in safe hands at all times. If your looking for a training school give these guys a call.

I began my motorcycle journey back in February 2022, starting with my CBT. Rachel, Ian, Mark and the rest of the team where really great and gave me the confidence to get through the CBT first time - having never rode a motorbike in my life! After that positive experience, I decided to stick with them, and after completing my theory and hazard perception, went on to take and pass both my Mod1 and Mod2 tests, giving me my full license. During the CBT training everyone had been very relaxed and friendly, so I was a little daunted when during my first ride out on the larger bike things moved away from the previous friendly approach. However, what soon became clear was that this was being done in my own interests. Don't misunderstand - both Mark and Ian were always as friendly off-road but whilst on the bike, it was their job to help keep me safe and alive - not just during the lesson but long after I had left them to take to the road alone. As soon as I understood that approach - all was great! As other reviews have stated, both Mark and Ian have a wicked sense of humour and put this to good use in order to make you feel relaxed during the lesson. They were always happy to take time to answer my questions no matter how daft nor how many times they will have been asked the very same question by other pupils. 121 also has a good range of clothing and accessories in stock, and if there is something not quite your size or not available, Rachel does a sterling job of quickly getting the items ordered for you. I kitted myself out pretty much exclusively from their range of clothes and was very happy with the prices paid. I will use them again to buy anything else I need as their premises are very conveniently located near to where I live - and its good to see what you're purchasing at first hand, rather than just seeing a picture of something on a remote website. If you are looking to take your first step into the world of motorcycling or just need to brush up on your existing skills, I would not hesitate to recommend 121 Motorbike Training in Exning - they're a great bunch, and you won't regret your choice of training school 👍

I cannot recommend Ian, Mark & Rachel enough, great bunch, Patient and informative, fricken fantastic sense of humour which makes the learning experience easier, Ian says it exactly how it is, no beating round the bush and that’s how I’d expect treated if I done anything deemed unsafe, on the road I felt safe with these guys. I had no bike experience before learning and now have my full license first time pass on both modules. Hope to you see you all again soon 😊 x

Completed my CBT with 121 today and Can't speak Highly enough! Completely take any stress away from the day, very encouraging and all incredible teachers. Did my on-road with Russell and he was an absolute legend, full of amazing information and advice, the whole day was just so fun and feel I have been given the tools to be safe on the road. Myself and my Wife completed our CBT. I can recommend highly 121, they're a great team- fun and friendly. Also the shop in Exning has a great range of safety gear to get you started. On towards our A2 next- Thanks 121!

Just completed my full bike licence with 121 and what can i say other than brilliant group and fantastic instructors. Great people who care about motorbikes and motorcyclists. No pop in and pass here but expert tuition. Would highly recommend. Also a decent range of clothes and accessories.

I booked in with 121 to do my CBT with no previous knowledge of the company and no extensive research. It was my first time riding a 125 and was extremely nervous, I didn’t need to be. From start to finish I was put at ease. I was even late as the dog ran off with my driving license (true story) and they were very understanding. All of the staff were exceedingly knowledgeable, friendly and gave me the time I needed to be able to safely take to the road. I can’t recommend this amazing bunch highly enough. They also have a brilliant selection of bikes and equipment including clothing at great prices. If you’re in two minds about booking with them, just do it, you won’t be disappointed.

Ian, Rachel and team are great! They take the time and tailor the instruction needed to the right level and pace for each person and offer lots of encouragement. My husband and I have both gone through from never having ridden before to doing our CBT and full test. Highly recomended.

Amazing group of staff, perfect motorcycle training. Wouldn't change anything. I completed both my CBT and full licence at 121 Motorbike training and I couldn't recommend them more. If you need any motorcycle training, get in contact with 121 Motorbike training.

Thank you 121 you are all amazing and brilliant! 12 months ago I had a terrible experience at a Cambridge based school which nearly put me off learning. I contacted Rachel at 121 and she was brilliant from the onset. The whole team are skilled, patient, and very knowledgeable. I was nervous, but almost instantly I was made to feel welcome and most importantly, like I was in really safe hands. I passed my CBT with 121, and will be using 121 for my full license. The trainers are so patient and encouraging. I started the day with absolutely no knowledge of riding a motorbike to being able to ride safely down a busy high street and doing 60mph on a long straight by the end of the day. I'm in my sixties, so I feel that I have really accomplished something I've been thinking about for years. Definitely recommend this training school for even a real beginner like myself.

Highly recommended these guy for any motorcycle training. Helped me from my A2 licence to my full A with only minamual lessons, and never left without have a laugh thought out the day. 👍

121 motorcycle training have been friendly, professional and excellent value for money. I believe if I had gone with a large corporation for my training I wouldn't have passed everything first time around. The experience and professionalism of the team at 121 training have given me the confidence to progress much faster than I thought possible. I would recommend 121 training to anyone that's wanting to do motorcycle training and I don't believe there's another motorcycle training school in my area of the same caliber and good reputation. A dream of mine has come true today... I passed my full motorbike test!! 😊😊. In just over a month the team at 121 have taken me from a complete novice to full licence! I have just passed my mod2 after 1st try and to say I am happy is an understatement. I'm 63 and am definitely a late starter as a motorcyclist and am wishing I'd have started this journey years ago. Absolutely love it! , Thank you so much to the team for all their help and patience especially Rachel and Ian who took me under his wing and got me my full licence. I did my CBT with 121 a few weeks ago, Rachel was very helpful and patient explaining everything I needed to do for my full licence. On the day the whole team was very helpful and welcoming putting me at ease straight away! Joe was very helpful throughout the day 😉and Russell had plenty of feedback 😁. I will definitely be going on to complete my full licence as soon as i have passed my theory test. I'd most definitely recommend 121 to my friends and family in the future.

I passed my Category A licences this week with 1-2-1. Ian and Rachel and the team made the whole experience a real joy, their passion and dedication to their craft really shows through in abundance. Making the experience lots of fun, very memorable whilst still maintain that high level of skill and focus on training and safety…brilliant. Don't go anywhere else! Absolutely amazing group of people, they made the day fun and safe. Great laugh and if you're not a k**b you might get a free ice lolly if it's hot. Seriously great group of people and wouldn't go anywhere else, they also have a well priced ship with decent gear. Can't recommend enough!

I would highly recommend 121. Having never riden a scooter before I was anxious, wondering what I was letting myself in for. Before the course they answered all of my questions and during the course they did everything to boost my confidence, whilst giving feedback that allowed me to progress and build on what I was learning.

If you are looking to do your CBT, 121 give you or your children a serious but calm environment and they also like to have a joke during the day Which is nice! They actually seem like they care, and even tho you’re there for a Quite a few hours it’s highly enjoyable, also whilst mastering The 2-wheels. Top staff, very helpful! Highly recommend! They also have a lovely little store inside that has helmets, jackets, gloves everything you would need if you Didn’t already! Super handy

Rachel and Ian provided exceptional training and customer service. they took me through to passing my full licence. Even with a last minute cancellation of my mod 2 test (not by them), they managed to get me re booked and passed within a week. i couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone. 121 are absolutely brilliant. These guys got me my full bike licence within 2 weeks. They really went out of there way to help me out for a biking trip I had planned. I'd advise any one who's thinking about getting there bike licence to go with these guys. Very professional and a great laugh to. Don't go any where else 121 all the way. Cheers guys 👌

My 17 year old daughter has just passed her CBT with 121 bike training in Newmarket and said the instructors were knowledgeable, friendly and made her feel safe. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn. Fantastic experience.

I've just passed my full licence with 121. Ian, Rachel and rest of crew are the best!! The most important thing about way they teach you is that, they show you way of thinking about certain situations not just how to pass your exam. Great team! Cheers and see you soon guys! I was recommended by a friend and it's an absolutely amazing place and has great people! Extremely friendly instructors and I received quality training and more feedback than I originally thought they would give me. If you're looking for honesty and for a great time whilst training to get on the motorcycle then look no further. 10/10 to the staff there, you feel at home with these guys.

Great bunch of people to learn to ride with, all very knowledgable and made me feel very relaxed and gave me the confidence and knowledge I needed to to get out on the road, I am looking forward to getting my full license with them. I would highly recommend using 121 motorbike training if you are wanting to learn to ride or just want a refresher.
